Low tolerance can also be problematic

    @Diggy Smalls I can relate to your side effects, I experience the same things. The extreme shivers are probably the worst. I don't get them often but my whole body locks up stiff as a board when I do. Racey sativas seem to give me that "feel-everything-moving-through-my-body thing" sometimes too.

    @chris 71 I experienced this for a while about 2 years ago when I was eating incredibly healthy and worked my tolerance way down, every time I vaped I got intense anxiety and panic attacks. Never experienced anything like it from MMJ until one day they just started happening. For some reason, I felt determined to beat it and kept vaping through them and eventually they went away. From my research, many people end up experiencing these same side effects and find the effects so strong they have to quit for good. I wish I could help more about getting past it, I think it's mostly a mental thing. I remember eventually when I would start getting anxiety or a panic attack I would enter into a meditation and calm myself down. I thought I was gonna die a few times before I figured out how to do that! Definitely weird, wish I could help more as it's very uncomfortable.

    "Seems" is the key word here - everybody has their hangups :\. Either your tolerance will build again or you will get used to micro dosing :tup:
    Cannabis = Mindfulness :)
    Seriously, I have had good results around stress & anxiety by practicing meditation / mindfulness.... often while coming down from a high. It works for me :2c: :peace:

    I used to smoke mj in the 70's, then was forced to stop for the next 30 years due to drug testing. Towards the end of my personal prohibition I meditated daily for several years. Even though I don't meditate much nowadays I can still center and calm my mind, I think due to my past meditation practice.

    Now that I'm a daily vaporist I think it would be hard to learn meditation techniques and be high from mj. But even still if I had anxiety issues, from any source, I would at least try mediation and or breathing techniques to calm myself. Once you get it down, it's a resource you draw from.

    It may be easier to learn these techniques while sober though. Easier to stop a slow train, than a speeding train.

    Meditation is a great tool to learn to use in life and it does pair wonderfully with cannabis. There are times I can enter a trance like state and time and worried just slip away.

    Mindfulness is the key. I got a little too high last night and felt my shin crawling in places. I took a deep breath and reminded myself that it's in my mind, and I can center myself. I only learned it through meditation.

    CANNABIS help's me READ FASTER?
    T break is a CULT activity?

    MATH is easier?

    CANNABIS got me off drug's?

    @OP really the effects you are experiencing are introspection. This happens to all of us at some point and it doesn't matter the dosage. Sometimes the mind wins and our "baggage" come out in the form of paranioa, anxiety, depression and the like. Often I think it's due to an imbalanced diet and/or hormones that let the darkness win.

    The introspection IMO is natural and good, the trouble is if there is some imbalance in your life you need to work on that and ultimately through it.

    One strain that really seems to get to me is GSC, it's like cracking into long buried issues.

    I found the first experience, as well as a decade break reunion experience to be both very beautiful and psychadelic. It was actually the reunion with cannabis that reminded me of how beneficial it was. CBD added to a session can help level off the peaks and valleys.

    I just grind some and smell the ground pepper and that works to negate some of the negative effects
