You guys familar with helix glass? They make over priced pipes that utilize the venturi effect. I was curious as to if anyone has ever seen using the mouth piece? It is a 14mm I think and would fit on a lot of stems.

When I used to combust, a hand-held Helix or my full size Helix bong are the only two pieces I used. The 'venturi' effect REALLY cools the smoke down and also thins it out. (PS-For combustion they are not overpriced given the quality and how well they work. But I paid $100 for the hand unit, not ALT type prices.)

I have tried the mouthpiece chamber with my SSV and with my CRZ and basically it thins the vapor and cools it a little bit. The only thing irritating to me about vapor is its dryness. So....Helix retired and water pieces used to hydrate and cool vapor.

If you have one sitting around, it is worth trying but I wouldn't buy one specifically for vapor.

they are a little expensive for what they are, but i cant say i wouldn't be asking the same or more if i could.

i laugh a little when i see the ones that they made out slightly modified of sep funnels. i dont know if that was how it going in the beginning, because i see less of them now, but still kind of funny.

These guys have a little concentrate attachment for their hand held. Has anyone tried using it to vape? I know at this point the lines between vape and burn would be blurred but oh well.....

how would someone compare the helix cooling effect to water diffusion? price seems crazy when you consider all the really intricate glass thats in the same price range... but the helix doesnt seem to have much to it.

No Helix was Grav Labs they sold it. It's 5mm glass made in the USA I'm not really sure it's overpriced seems like it cost about what I would guess. The bubbler would cost me like 150 and 80 for just the pipe.

Yar, two separate listings on ALT for Helix Pipes / Grav Labs

You can buy a non-GonG helix pipe for only $30. I'm sure some DIYer could hook this up to a vaporizer
This one doesn't look very much like a Sep Funnel
