Newly designed heating engine with pre-heater allows the Xl to run 2-3 clicks cooler with more headroom for increased bowl size. With 2x mass to retain heat for larger, longer sessions.
Increased bowl diameter and depth allows for up to 70% bigger loads, depending on how densely you pack your bowl.
Larger heater surface area allows for a better seal between stem and heater.
Basket screen prevents load from falling onto the heater.
Larger more stable anodized aluminum base is 4x the mass.
Standard kit includes matching Power Puck temperature controller.
Backward compatible with all older power cords.

The only change to the TM is electronic & hopefully it allows easier identification against "ChinaMights" therefore a higher resale value. TM is a solid product and a "known" value and I have great confidence in the product and maker.

Epickai makes a great product and I have no doubt the XL will be a continuation of that but...

The fact that AOV announced 2 weeks ago they would ship tomorrow and the website doesen't mention anything about placing an order for them. and I just checked this minute.

Emails, IG messages, as well as a voicemail concerning placing an order have so far gone unanswered, I don't get the impression my business is much appreciated.

Had a similar problem concerning a Hanu Labs Petra.

Sorry, but as a potential purchaser for the product I find the continuing delay of Epic to resolve this issue as helpful and constructive information in making an informed decision.

We didn't make that rule for nothing. I'm sure you can imagine how easily threads could be manipulated if such a rule didn't exist.

I saw you mention considering one and as a recent purchaser, I figured I would chime in….
POTV. You know the service is on point, no matter what’s going on with the CS on the manufacturers end. They take care of so much for customers that half the time I order from them over the manufacturer site anyways

I own two classic nanos and absolutely love how they have performed over the years. For my needs, the e-nano is near perfect for this microdosin’ flavor hound, but I am looking forward to the XL!

I appreciate this, but will follow the forum rules despite the fact that Epic only replies to CS issues when they're tracked down here and essentially forced to respond. It's been a month and I expect neither the vape nor a refund, so I guess I'll just give up. Honestly, even if I ever do get the vape, I will never order Epic's products again.

Neat trick by Epic, tho: only respond to customer complaints through a discussion forum that doesn't allow complaints.

I'm never getting my vape or a refund, but thanks for the chance to try to fix it, anyway, FC.

This is complete nonsense. FC is full of posts complaining about almost anything you can name. You are deliberately misinterpreting our rule, which clearly states that you get to state your complaint once. I am sorry for all the stuff you've had to go through just to try to get your device. At this point, I would recommend doing a charge back with your bank. You didn't get what you paid for, so it should be pretty easy to either get your money back, or to jumpstart Epic's interest in getting you your device. I wish you best of luck.

Hey everybody I’m considering an enano and now an xl. I’m disabled and have poor dexterity and I have a tinymight but it’s hard for me to use it with my new waterpiece. I was thinking a. Log would be easier. My main concern is will it hit hard enough? And how easy will it be to use with a waterpiece? Does the bowl stay on the piece or in the device?

Will it hit hard enough?
It's subjective, but the answer is most likely yes. I was able to clear bowls (although small due to how efficient it is) in 1 hit all the time. More on demand than a tinymight too cuz you can leave it on.

Very easy, just gotta have the GonG adapter I believe.

Does the bowl stay on the piece or in the device?
The bowls are connected to the stems. You can technically leave the stem on the device with the OG nano, but the stem usually would fit on it a little loose (atleast mine was like that, and I've seen complaints about it as well.). I think I remember seeing something about how this should be better with the XL, but I have no clue.

Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong on any of these

My mom has Parkinson's Disease or Lewy Body Dementia, the MRI scans and symptoms for both of the disease are apparently similar, and she absolutely loves the Cherry Enano I got for her. She can use it with the gong attachment (for water pieces) or stems, and her hands are far from steady or swift. If your hands aren't steady it has been sturdy enough to wiggle it around until you connect the nano to the glass bowl from what I've seen with her Cherry Nano almost a year now. I'd recommend the Nano any day, always nice clouds and can produce multiple hits depending on the load size.

Might as well get a XL, newer, bigger heater, it isn't much more costly, and will retain a larger % of its cost just by being an XL.

And down the road if you decide you'd like to try something different it will be easier to sell on the pre-owned market. I always keep all manuals & boxing materials of anything I purchase so if I do decide I want a change, it's easy to box up and ship.

These Epickai E-Nano log vapes last forever and I see older pieces selling for practically the same $$ every day over on reddit.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for. I think it will be similar to my vapexhale that I used to love, but can’t use anymore because it’s glass. I liked packing small bowls in it and clearing them in a couple hits. I am interested in the XL heater though.
