I'm new to vaping and need some help/guidance in how to connect it to my SSV. What type of adapter do I need so that my wipe doesn't get all kinked up attaching it to the male end of the glass?

Searched on ebay, dhgate, etc. - just not exactly sure what I'm looking for.

Hey, total noob here. I recently bought a Sourwood UD that I'm waiting to get here as well as this bubbler here. Up until I get my UD all I have experience with is gel caps and flowers, if that helps solidify what a noob I am. First off, I'm confused as to the model names I'm seeing around here - is that vendor-specific or does the piece I mentioned earlier have one too?

Second, does anyone else have this piece? Can you give me any feedback? I'll write a review after I've tested it out and I've already bit the bullet (not that I regret that), but Chinese shipping is slow af so I want to get hyped before it gets here.

@ststeve I'm new to vaping too but I have a lot of experience with bongs. I'm assuming the whip has a male attachment, so what you would need is a 45 degree female to female adapter. That should prevent the whip from getting any kinks since it's a more manageable angle.

I don't know what the joint size of a SSV whip is, but if it's 14mm you'll need a 14mm/18mm female to female adapter, since your piece has 18mm joints. If it's 18mm you'll only need an 18mm female to female adapter.

Edit: You could also use a 90 degree adapter if you want. I just personally prefer the 45 degree ones.

The easy way is to go with adapters. Take a look here http://oregonglassblower.com/ for examples of what may work for you. There are cheaper alternatives from China but as a general statement you get what you pay for. Good Luck

Mine has a 5" wide base, smaller diameter can for easy clearing. 6 slits instead of 4 like the one you posted. The mp on mine is was higher up so zero splash back issue.

However, mine is 14mm, not 18mm like the one you posted.

I picked up a few myself, a drop down and 14-14 male and both were fantastic, under $9 total too IIRC. For others interested, don't be surprised when it says from Smoking Dogo and "Glass Tube" under item contents on the box label.

Search for "glass adapters" on ebay. If you can't wait for china, or want something a little better, many of the vendors on ebay like GreenBuddah are good.

Lots of the pieces that come up from the above search on ebay are the parts that come along with china glass being resold.

Why not put male adapter and your own jhook?

Hopefully they post Water tests for these soon. That Klein looks very interesting with that perc.

the straight fab doesn't look tooooooo bad, the angle on the stem isn't appealing though.
