Chat problems

Hi, I have tried to go into Chat several times thru the weekend. I click Chat and it takes me to the Connect screen. I click Connect and it flashes the chat screen for about 1/2 a second, then immediately back to the Connect screen. No matter how many times I click Connect, it never takes me to the screen name page and into Chat.

Am I doing something wrong or is Chat not Mac-friendly? I did manage to get in there one day last week, but not since.

Hi Melizzard,

The chat widget should work with any modern browser/operating system. The start up screen is kind of confusing, you have to erase the three dots and type in a nickname before you click Connect.

You can use any IRC chat program instead of the widget. A lot of people like Colloquy for mac. Some more info on that if you click the "show/hide info" link on the bottom of the chat widget page.

I warn you it can get pretty crazy in there. Happy chatting.

I havent been able to get in for a while either one day when i went to login it said authenication failed and closed the window, done that ever since.
