Cannabis is completely legal in only one country. Can you guess which one?

It's a common misconception that Cannabis is legal in countries like Portugal, Spain, etc. As with the Netherlands, however, cannabis is not legal in those countries, but decriminalized. The same can be said of places like Colorado and Washington. Personal possession (with limits) and growing (with limits in Colorado, illegal in Washington) are legal. Go over those limits, or sell it, and you still wind up in jail.

There is only one country on earth where cannabis is COMPLETELY legal. There are no limits on personal possession, it is legal to grow in any quantity, it can be sold in any quantity, it can be openly smoked in public without penalty. In this country, cannabis is not considered to be a drug at all, but a plant. As such, it is completely unregulated and legal. Its use is considered acceptable by the government and the people alike and is considered a healthier alternative to cigarettes.

Can you guess the name of the country? HINT: It's the country you would least expect. When you find out, your mind will be blown.

Unfortunately they have more serious problems than prohibition (hint). So heaven is still nowhere in the world. But yeah, really unexpected. Didn't know there even is a coutry with totally legal cannabis like it should be.

Good guess! I hate to be geography nazi, but Antarctica is divided into zones in which the laws of the respective countries would apply, so it's not a country and doesn't really have a government. So unless you're a citizen of the mystery country, smoking herb is still illegal in Antarctica. Remember, it's a country that will seem extremely unlikely.

Well, it seems the North Korean government has really come up with an excellent strategy for the war on drugs. What they have done is outlaw food instead. This way, the population is so busy starving to death, or worring about being shot or disappeared into a gulag, that they won't complain about their other civil liberties being infringed. Its genius really.

I watched some American propagandist video North Korea put out talking about our Mainstream media and culture... sad thing is, they weren't too far off on some of the claims lol.

To be honest N.Korea is the one place I would never use weed, even if it is legal. Hell, I did it in Thailand where they take it pretty seriously, didn't think twice. N. Korea though? Hell no.

Im really disappointed in Earth as a whole with this discovery. If this is truly the only country with legal weed, then that is not a good sign. We cant even go there, I dont think. Even if I went there it wouldnt be comfortable. The Koreans would probably blow mine so I would end up leaving. Shame.

They are so crazy yet they are the only country that looks at weed the correct way; it is a plant, fact.
I dont know if theres a word Im looking for or a phrase, but its mind baffling that the country to have such a smart stance on weed in my opinion be so crazy in every other facet. Then again Ive never been there and only seen documentaries.

Not as good at camps 1-13 (Camp 8 is where I rediscovered my love of Dear Leader, so it's my favorite), but still a decent place to be worked to skin and bones. They do have a rice and tree bark stew that is to die for!
