Thanks for the heads up. Will go back to DV should there be additional problems. So far GV has been good service considering.
Prob is/was at DV QC, the little QC tag was meaningless. Unit was DOA. OLED would not even turn on. There will always be manufacturing problems. Lets hope returns will be a thing of the past and problems are solved.

Sent mine in a couple days ago. Tracking number says it'll be delivered to them in Las Vegas today. No idea how long it's gonna take to have my replacement to me, but I'll post here soon as I receive notice they've shipped it.

Really hoping this new batch is flawless. DV made far too many promises prior to release, and while it was practically a failure through and through, I have hope they'll reach the point where the unit lives up to all those promises.

just sold a vehicle, anywhere i can get my name onto a preorder list or am i stuck waiting?

Just got an email stating my replacement was shipped via usps priority. Hope to get it tomorrow or the day after. I hope this lives up to what has been promised. Will post impressions when received.

i got the same email.... tracking says it will be delivered today but there are no updates on where it has been so far on the tracking info. i doubt it will be here today, but i can hope the screen is true. My RMA number is #6

Mine is #5. Tracking indicates delivery today also. I see it was actually sent out Friday.

Spoke with Aaron he told me that they printed out the shipping labels ahead if time for the RMAs no units have been shipped out yet but he said they should hopefully start sending them out tomorrow

well that really blows!!! they should tell us that they are doing that. i received notice that it was being shipped and so did @njluvdr and i don't know about him but i sure thought it was shipped. so if i didn't read the above note about this.... i really would have thought it shipped and i would be stalking the USPS website and my postman. so doing this without telling us really should not have happened.

Flower Potted, Maxed, & Rio'd.
Bought the flowers, but didn't get to try them yet as I just sent in my Ascent for replacement with the new and (hopefully) improved model. I didn't have most of the problems that a lot of people had, but I did have the screen marring and the batteries definitely discharged quicker than I would like while sitting dormant for a few days...so, hopefully the turn around isn't too long.

Looking forward to trying smaller bowls with those flowers & hopefully the little glass "sombrero" from DaVinci when they release it.:)

So any word on what # RMA's have been going out? Saw a few days ago #5 got their tracking number. I'm #86, so I doubt my replacement has shipped yet, but would be nice to get an estimate of how quickly they're taking care of us.

not shipping at all yet. i am RMA #6 and all i got was a tracking number for a shipment that has not shipped yet. if i track it the delivery date was for 10/7/13 which was 2 days ago.

WOW! just got off the phone with GV regarding returned Ascent. GV is holding returned units and has provided DV a spread sheet on 10/04 with names, addresses, model, ect. and all replacements will be sent out directly from DV. They said units are being QC'd and should be shipping out shortly.
