If you put your DPD tracking number into this tracking site: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking It will show the USPS tracking number on the right side of the page. Then you can track it on USPS site, and also call usps with the new tracking number to get them to hold it at your post office.

The Tempest head is the same diameter connection as dynavaps so if you already have a dyna adapter, the Tempest head should work with it. I've used it with the bonger for instance. Edit: I believe there is a 14mm to 10mm unground glass attachment on madheaters website so it doesn't scratch the...

I use a leather pencil sleeve from Amazon. I linked it back on page 37. Cheap and fits great. I don't have a Dani so can't say if that would work.

That's correct. You don't have to empty it right away but it's better to keep clean if you do. You also need somewhere safe to put it when it's hot unless you plan on holding it until its cool. You could always set it back in the wand to cool I guess.

You really just need a good magnet to take the cap off. Mad heaters sells the best magnets for a few bucks and you can super glue it to whatever. I dont always use a reload, but I always use the Mad magnets. Lets see you take a dynacap off one handed :)
