Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but the ticker elbs do not work in the new cloud./too loose. My replacement/new Cloud is here, just can't use it. The company is aware, just making you aware.

Promises, promises. If my cloud does not ship by Thursday with tracking; I'm going to rant on here until my fingers bleed. Two promised Tuesdays have came and gone..now it's Thursday for sure I am told. In a couple days it will have been a month without it. I will report back.
