i payed $450 for a premium device. there shouldn't be a fee for a wear and tear. there shouldn't be wear and tear in the first place, it's a $450 device... And "dirty bowl" in my terms is something that exudes fumes and is particularly dangerous to my health, so sorry for me being frustrated with customer service for a device i payed good money for. They fixed my housing and cleaned my bowl semi?(half shit brown half clean, who knows if this is even my original unit). I got banned last time for stating my concerns about this company, will probably be banned again.

Hmmmmm... I am confused. Heh, as usual... :)

If you payed $20,000 or more for a new car, would you be upset by having to pay for routine maintenance or to have it washed when it gets dirty? It seems to me that just like virtually any car, any vaporizer at any price is going to get dirty. Similarly, just like virtually any car, any vaporizer at any price is also going to degrade over time. From what I can tell from my Mighty, the cleanliness and wear and tear seem perfectly reasonable to me. How is it not reasonable to you? Is it possible that the challenges you face with your Mighty might be an indicator that you have a wonderful opportunity to use it in a more efficient and effective manner? I sure hope so. That would be super cool for you. :)

Someone on IG (thanks @Caelar900 ) suggested I post this here, I just got my pods from Storz & Bickel and I'm absolutely in love with them. The pods are aluminum and they're .2mm thick, very lightweight. I can crush these things flat in my fingers if the lid isn't on, with the lid on they're a bit more structurally sound.

Very little effect on the taste of the herbs but there is a little something... I'd say the first few hits feel thicker with the pods.

Best of all, reloading can be done while the vape is still hot, on the fly. You could do that before, but it was a pain in the butt.

Pods hold about .1g of ground herb. You could probably get .13g if you crammed it full.

Biggest gripe is trying to get these open, especially if they're cold and full of ABV. If you think opening an ELB can be tough, be prepared to destroy one or two of these while you learn.

The center of the carrying tool (the magazine) is open to allow loading a pod. If you stick an empty pod in the middle and screw the top on, you can just dump some herb on top and push it right down the center hole. Once the pod is loaded you remove the top and put the lid on. It's an okay system but time consuming if you're filling all 8 pods, I just use the pods to scoop up ground herb from my grinder.

I also got the reducing chamber for the Volcano and Plenty. I have LOTS of great things to say about those as well. These little pods have revitalized all four vapes.

a car isnt going to be breaking its bumper due to heat from its engine now would it in 8 months? and even if it did im sure i'd be covered by warranty. cars last over a years worth, they are a sustainable product, you can still drive a beater from early 90's and be fine. if you compared it with a handheld product your argument would pair up. but a car is not a handheld product, and is much more sustainable than any handheld products out there. And what i don't get is the comparison to cleanliness? I wanted to warranty it for the nasty fumes the vaporizer was emitting. i see your monkey mind loves to be concerned.

and whats the difference to the "normal" one ?

Since I just discovered this today I can't be for certain the differences. It appears cosmetically the same. The Volcano Medic was essentially the exact same as the Volcano Digital, but it came with a medical one way valve system for the bags and was limited to 410F in temperature. The temperature limitation were not advertised, but I learned this as I actually bought one and found out when it wouldn't go any higher. I assume this was necessary for eliminating some possible contaminants at the higher temps for the medical approval?

I'm thinking the Mighty Medic might have some temperature limitations as the Volcano Medic did, but I think the Mighty already only goes to 410 so maybe there is no change there.

They did specify that the mighty comes with the "dosing capsules" and the "magazine" for carrying pre-loaded doses with you. I don't know how well these work if they impede any airflow or whatnot, but I like the idea. Similar to the bullets and carrying case the VaporBlunt Pinnacle had. Great for medical users who want to carry around a days worth of medicine already prepped to go.

While I don't think the Mighty vapor is 'much better' than the CFX, I agree with @shaolinmilk that the main benefits to the CFX are heat up time and price.

I used the Mighty last night with just herb for the first time in a while, and I'm gonna take this statement back, @shaolinmilk . I think there is a wider gap in the vapor quality between these units than I thought when I posted this. A lot less conduction in the Mighty, based on taste alone.

how are they at dealing with shipping and customer service with the US? do they include your own personal green sash and cheap black sunglasses with a certain purchase amount?
:lmao:I've never received my own personal green sash and cheap black sunglasses despite buying all my vapes there, lol.
I couldn't say (regarding the shipping), sorry.
They've always been great to deal with and customer service is fantastic, but I live in the UK
