I am about to get some vaporizer friendly SS pads to sandwich dabs in. What temp should I set the Haze at? Is it different ideally for shatter and winterized?

Why wouldnt you just use the cans that come with haze? They work great

You'll want to use settings 3 and 4 on ALL concentrates for maximum benefits. This is for version's 2.5 & 3.

I know they do from my first sloppy attempt pre dabber. I am still going to be using them, it's just a matter of keeping the cans clean. What I was advised to do is cut a pad in half, take my dabber and put a dab in the middle of the pad, then put it in the can. I was told this was especially recomended if I invert the Haze to use with my bubbler.

Having an hour, yes an hour, with winterized 2 dab wrapped in dry herb,

I had another night cap with this thing and it just keeps impressing. This time I compared the conduction screen in one oven to the metal can with lid in the other oven. The metal can puts out even thicker hits and was really hitting me hard!

I packed both ovens with herb and a couple of drops of cbd oil, so it was fogging up really good. Hooked it up to my bubbler with an Herbie whip and had a blast! Next I'm gonna use the same setup without the cbd oils to see how thick it gets, because the combo was putting out crazy vapor.

@scottg402 - I need to talk to you about different ways to hook it up to my bubbler!

I have to chime in here and agree with you Sticks. The Haze basically can hit me like that EVO hit me! WOOOWEEE! Makes me feel like a youngbuck again! . Where the heck is my bag of Doritos and my Super Big-Gulp at??

@ShayWhiteGrow I am glad it is working for the both of you. You and Sticks have quite a collection to compare against so I am really happy you are both keeping the Haze in the rotation and finding satisfaction with it.

@stark1 Our homepage is kinda clunky. We all know that here and it's kinda a sore subject. That said we are buidling a completely new page as we speak. Therefore we are not spending any time fixing up the old one. Sorry you are having trouble but if you click the shop now tab on the upper menu bar you will get all the products listed. The Dual V3 will come first and then all the accessories will be listed after. Everything is grouped together. This is both true on a computer or mobile phone browser.

Found time to take the haze on a little hike yesterday, decided to visit Caesar from the planet of the apes movies and show him the new v3 Haze!! Needless to say he ordered one the next day.






On a more serious note my girlfriend was wondering if the haze would ever considered doing a pink color? I told her I'd ask and see what @scottg402 thinks. I'm sure there has to be a market of female and male vape heads that would enjoy a bright color. Thank in advance.

I'll be honest. It's possible but not probable. Color changes are super expensive as I found out early on here. I'll ask again. I can see a market for it.

After three months of research and 147 pages read in this forum I finally pulled the plug and bought a Haze V3.

I am normally just a glass pipe smoker, but recent health events have required more use of the herb and my lungs just couldn't take it. I am also a ecig user.. I drip and am used to the battery box form factor the Haze has. But I am used to massive amounts of vapor and a loose airflow.

I'm having trouble adjusting to the tight draw and the lack of throat hit, but am determined to switch to this method for my lungs sake. I have only been trying it for the past 24 hours and have been a bit frustrated at the lack of vapor and throat hit but I do seem to be getting reasonably medicated.. I am a bit short on supply so it's hard to say too much about it as I am doing half empty small cartridges and don't want to "put myself out" experimenting...until I am restocked LOL

I want to thank everyone for their good advice and the sharing of experiences on this forum. I learned what I needed to know and feel confident that with a few days and the renewal of my wax and flower supply I'll really get into this and find the sweet spots.

And Scott? JUST DO THE PINK... LOL

As a Dabber/Flower combo lover myself, I am greatly interested in this method you describe, are you cutting the silicon pad in half lengthwise, (thickness) or just into a square, (cut in half and remains the same thickness)..

I had just intended to continue my own method of combining sativa(flower) and indica(wax) and just tamping it in a can with a silicone lid..which I haven't tried yet.. but your method could be better.. so if anyone out there has the Flower w/taste o'wax goin on your nput would be most welcomed on how to tune in this device... so far.. I am in love with design and function.. just lacking in skill...

I edited this to put in a couple more of my own thoughts:
I generally make a nice bowl and place a dab in the center of if it and lightly roast with a mini torch.. don't ask me why, it is what is turned out to be..what I like about the haze is I'm thinking if you grind and pack 2/3 a canister and maybe place a dab at the bottom or center.. you could have a nice roast of both as the wax butters the bud...also, the left over completely carbolized flower with a bit of wax residue makes for an excellent food additive and can be resmoked in lean times...

Pink? I'm not sure I would want a bright pink. But put me down for a burgandy. It's in the pink range but would fit in perfectly with the other colors.

This is good news. I may be the only 1 who had problems with the water adapter but I had 2 of them and each got permanently stuck in my bubbler. I'm going to get on the list for one of these. In the meantime the orbiter works fine as a water attachment for the V3.

I didn't get my pads yet, but got the dabber I had been waiting on. I couldn't wait to try it out, so I tried something else. My favorite way to vape is convection because you just get crazy flavor and clouds on setting one. I heard I could use the convection screen with oil if filled it with dry herb and put my dab in the middle and covered with more herb. Never tried this before as it was only my second try of oil period, but it worked great and my machine stayed clean.

I will let everyone know about the oil with the SS pads once I try it. Others who have done this with the Haze can help the while.

For thicker vapour, use the conduction screen, pack the load, select three lights on the V3, and wait 15-20 seconds after heating up and between hits to let the vapour build up. Pull until you feel resistance but not harder. The V3 easily milks my WP-010 when I do this.

Ok I got the SS pads today and had me a nice two oil and one tincture session with the Haze. The pads have no adverse effect on the Haze at all. They seem to basically absorb the fully vaped oil and I am not seeing a mess. The one time I did get some on the can first, my preferred cleaner, Formula 420, scrubbed the oil out with ease. It is safe to use, of course I checked.

I let Haze know this should be what their default oil and liquid pad should be from now on and they are aware or how well this material works. I think it is worth an extra few bucks for an excellent product that keeps our cans spotless. The Haze does oil excellently, just such a pure high I feel. The taste is really clean and clear.

How did you shape or cut the SS pads. I tried to cut mine to make it fit I wasn't to successful.

I have never used one but if their ss pads are similar to the aroma pads for the Herbalizer I imagine they could be trimmed up fairly easily with a pair of medical trauma shears, which are available pretty cheap at your local medical supply store or online. You should be able to find them for 10 bucks or less.

Well it was a struggle but I tried about 4-5 different scissors around the house and finally found some sharp enough to make 3-4 small enough pieces out of one pad. One piece came out real nice and small as a good topper. Make sure to trim any straggle wires out.

It was sloppy though so I only cut one pad. For the rest I looked into what I need for a better cut and I am getting some shop scissors. They sell them on Amazon. I saw them go as cheap as $5 up to $35 or so.

Ideally for the Haze they could make them nice and thin to use two at a time. One to protect the bottom of the can and one to put on top of your load. They really stay super clean after all sorts of material is used on them, some vegetable base in them. It really feels like this material and the Haze are perfect for each other.

Hello FC peeps, I just signed up so here is my first post, I apologize if it is a bit long.

So I bought the Haze V3 about two weeks ago, and I am absolutely loving the decision to start vaping and stop combusting. I have been really enjoying the Haze V3 and all its versatility. However I have been having some issues with the unit.

First- The batteries were not very good out of the box, they did not last long at all. The store replaced them and the new ones are way better.

Second-The insert that you install the mouth piece in to is pulling up and out when I adjust the straw height and it is allowing a lot of air in to the draw. I can push it down and its better but not great, and when switching between ovens it makes a rough cracking sound. Also the metal straw is pretty much impossible to pull out when stored in the unit on the go, even when cleaned, which i do regularly.

Third- The battery door seems to open if lightly touched, and the sliding piece next to the battery door is quite loose and shakes around.

Lastly, the rubber that holds the oven tops to the door have come off a number of times, not a big deal as it is not hard to put back together, but frustrating still.

I have been in contact with Haze and they have been quite helpful, and I have started a warranty return ticket and will be sending it in tomorrow, so Hopefully it will be replaced as it seems to be a defective unit. This has not however swayed my opinion of the V3 as I really love the performance of it. I hope it will get dealt with quick as I am not looking forward to going back to smoking, Ill probably eat edibles as much as possible so as not to smoke, hehe. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? Thanks for reading :-)

I'm qutting smoking and using a crappy e-pen. How well does the haze with the pads handle the e-liquid from any users that use it? Can you soak the pad once and toss it or can you reuse them for a while?

Should I just buy a bunch of oil cans and use those for the herb/oil/and e-liquids or the can's with the steel mesh for the top for herb? I plan on getting a case and keychain for extra cans as I'm always out and about so I'm not interested in carrying screens and loose herb?

If you use the extra's cans, then you don't need a screen right, or do anyone use a screen inside the can's?

I never was a smoker but I ended up grabbing an e-cig to vape 0 nicotine juice and figured id continue in the Haze but IME not worth it, just feels/tastes, etc. different. Im sure its great with mj juice but for reg nicotine juice you're prob better off carrying an e-cig too... but it doesn't hurt to try.
