Can people when posting shipping confirmations put the date they ordered and what, ie early bird, holiday or regular backer etc. This might give people some sort of idea how close they might be to getting hoppers of their own. Just a thought.
Now HL get those preorders rolling out.....

There were around how many backer units ordered? 2,800 ish? I imagine maybe a couple hundred tops have gone out already, but who knows. Anyone know how many pre-orders there are? It feels like 5-10k at least. I ordered mine June 3rd and have an August shipping date, I feel like it's so close yet so far from being in my hands!

We probably ordered back to back. And I can't wait! I'm really hoping that when August 1 rolls around they don't update our order status bumping us to September. Just trying to stay optimistic...

Yea I was stalking this thing since February but never ordered one because no units were shipped. I think those first couple of days in June it was said that prices would go up and new orders would get a later ship date so I decided to pull the trigger. Dark grey Ti. Though I wonder if we are in the same category of a free extra battery since the ship date moved from July to August.

I was pretty close to the last early bird, and I got my shipping confirmation email last night. HL should be moving on to the regular backers soon, if they haven't already.
Really looking forward to getting mine! I just hope I don't have to deal with a quick failure and return. Got my fingers crossed.

I don't remember when I discovered FC but lurked like you for a long time. And we drank the Kool Aid at the same time! Reading your post, I feel like we were sitting in the same room! I ordered the ss, but am now on the fence about switching to the ti. I'd prefer not to use the mouthpiece and am concerned about temperature.
To anyone with a ss gh and pax 2, how would you compare device temperature (at the mouthpiece) while using the flat mouthpiece on the pax2?

They must be on or about to start the regular backers then. That would make it around 10% of backer order fulfilled. I'm sure they will be exponentially be shipping these out as time goes on within the next month. Wish I knew my place in line at least. Or does that make it more difficult? Like a watched pot never boils kinda thing. Or a watched pot never vapes. Okay I'm done.

I am an Early Bird backer, plus a dark gray Ti unit. Ordered within minutes of the campaign starting.

To the Ontario, Canada backers getting a hopper - don't freak out when your package goes to California...like I did. Haha.
I got nervous thinking the label was wrong and was maybe getting sent to Ontario, California and not Canada.
Luckily CanadaPost has the tracking info now. Phew.

Received my Ti Hopper today!!! Haven't tested it out yet, but after a few cycles at full temp there are no signs of off-gassing. I should note, included with my hopper was the two extra batteries and extra charging cable which I ordered during the campaign (as well as the silicone mouth piece). They did not however include the leather case, which was supposed to be included with every Ti Hopper...I'll email them about this issue. See everyone in the official Grasshopper thread!
