Thanks @Seren! :)

I truly appreciate the reassurance.

I'm sure I'm getting long in the tooth way before my time!

What do you reckon . . . ?

@VegNVape: Vapman is the egg man.

@ChippyMalone: Happiness is a warm vapman. (posted a while ago)

Bringing vapman in connection with the Beatles, mainly John Lennon in this case, puts a smile on my face and makes me a bit proud in a silly sort of way. May be because the Beatles are cult and timeless.
Which manufacturer wouldn`t like to have a product being related to the Beatles?:)

I have been wondering for a while if there is a right and wrong way to put the vapman middle section into the springs?

If u look at the air tubes with the cooling air holes in the middle section sometimes they align perfectly.

If u next flip the middle section to the reverse the air holes do not line up with the air tubes.

I have to think the master craftsman of the vapman did this on purpose. I just wanted to kno if there is a rhythm to this reason or simply for looks.

I'm hoping @vapman can come fill us all in on the ingenuity of this, but maybe someone else can chime in with there opinions and findings.

The alignment of the three tubes with the cooling air holes is pure coincidence, there is no right or wrong way to put the middle section.
I really like the photos from Vermount!

@niap The vapman rendez-vous looks great!:tup:Kind regards to Greece, may be the European Union should indulge in some vapman in order to come up with new ideas?;)

@Seren: I only made a few of these basic ebony units and have not tested these thoroughly. I am not sure if this very dense wood is suited to make basic (no heat shields) models, I have a feeling it could crack easily on the inside. The cracks are not a problem as far as function and lifespan goes but I don`t think people appreciate their special vapman to have cracks. To finally answer your question: no, they will not be on our shop. I am in the process of making some classic ebony units and these will be offered
in the shop once they are finished. With vapman it is not like the harder and denser the wood the better it is, softer and lighter woods (pear tree, walnut, yew, maple…) are better heat insulators and tend to crack less. I absolutely agree with you that the ebony vapman(s) look very noble.:)

Thank you,

vapman:)

Guys where can I get the concentrate trays in Canada without paying an arm and leg. I've tried to contact renee but hasn't got back to me.

I just really don't want to spend over 20 bucks on screens.

Sorry I missed this one before. Where and how did you contact me? Write me an email on "mail@element-medical.ch" and we can find a solution. The minimal postage fee on our shop is $16.-- but if you only want screens we can send it in an envelope for half the price. It would be much cheaper without registration but it could get stolen or lost. It might be even cheaper getting the screens through @Mojo, he is in the US already but I don`t know how much shipping between the US and Canada costs.

@vapman do you think basic ebony units would be well suited for station use? I am alreadyalready saving one pristine Basic I have for future station use only.

Edit: you have got to try slow heating a huge bowl of kief. The Vapman turns out to be the perfect "melting pot" for dry sift kief. No screen needed.

@ChippyMalone i'd love to try this but with my tolerance thats not a good idea. see, 2 normal hits get me a slight buzz, 5 and im high as fuck and some more and i don't remember how many hits i took. Small tolerance is good and bad at the same time, im only going to 5g all 2 months or more

@vapman Sad to hear that the Ebony basic maybe won't work. Just a question, what about some beautiful olive wood? i think it could look gorgeous especially with the whole unit made of that wood, and oiled nicely

Hey Ladies and Gents, and @jfrsn. Looks like I can ship a large envelope to Ontario CA for less than $3.00

I wouldn't use a small envelope because I have to pack them in cardboard and even then the USPS can try and find a way to crush the screens - don't ask me how I know this

This is just an estimate. It depends where it is in Canada. I have shipped screens to canada before, but I can't find the info...

But contact me and we should be able to ship it for $3 to $5 over the $12 price of the screens.

By the way, I LOVE those vapman pics!!! Keep 'em coming! The J-Hook seems made for the vapman too!

You know, I just noticed that I don't have any Tattooed Classics on the site. I personally like the two-tones better, but I realize that some poeple may like the Tattooed Classics even though they have no space for the bottom Celtic Knot?

What do you guuys think?

From the USPS SIte:

Online Price
First-Class Mail® International Large Envelope**
Value of contents can not exceed $400.00
Max. length 15", height 12" or thickness 3/4"
Varies by destination
$2.82

@$unnyblaq, I've used 3 screens for eJiuce. I stack all three and put a few drops on the top screen. That's what I did on the video here:

Hiya folks!!! Gonna be getting my Vapman soon and want to enjoy my favorite pipe tobaccos with it. Can someone here with such experience instruct me on the best method and accessories if needed? Until now, I've been really enjoying the decadent pipe tobacco flavors with my trusty Solo (conduction), and can only imagine how heavenly it will be with my new Vapman! Thanks in advance!!!

OK, I'm familiar with sampling because I'm a beer snob. What the hell are you talking about with respect to MJ? Can you go somewhere and get a pinch to test? Or, is this an MMJ option. Sorry, I don't live in CO, OR, or WA and can't fathom what you're talking about. I get the "available" strain and rarely have more than two choices. (I know...whaaaa, whaaaa, shut up whiner!).

At least one state (Oregon?) allows direct recreational sales between growers and customers.......this leads to 'Farmer's Markets' of an entirely new and exciting type. Yes, like wineries and bakers they give out little samples..... Very civilized I understand.

Here in Calif. it's MMJ only. You need a 'card' (annual from a Doctor for maybe $75) to get in where there are a few do many dozens of strains to pick from. No samples, no touching. First rate herb, typically tested for potency and lack of contamination (chemicals, mold, etc). Concentrates and eatables included. Here's an example:

Check the products under 'shop'. IIRC they deliver.......

Good idea @ChippyMalone, the basic ebony vapman could be used with the station only, I am quite sure it wouldn`t crack, I have to do a test.

No Problem about the basic ebony, I only made a few basics and luckily saved the rest of the wood for classic models. I know that ebony works with the heat protection, a lot of the heat gets reflected and prevents the wood from getting very hot in a short time.

Olive wood works fine, indeed! I made a few custom olive vapman a few years ago, they were classic ones, though. Olive wood looks fantastic and is very high quality, I have to ask my wood supplier
for some olive wood, that is what I will do soon.:)

Thank you @Mojo for taking care of the members in North America, needing concentrate screens!

I am still smiling about the walrus picture on the vapman thread. Hard to explain to someone on the street that there is a connection between this big quirky animal with those huge and useless tusks and a vaporizer, called vapman. I love it!;)

A few months ago, I searched Washington state for a source of high quality sustainably harvested hardwood grown here in the Pacific Northwest for a "Cascadia" edition Vapman to share with my local and not so local MMJ/FC friends.

A lovely piece of quilted Big Leaf Maple was acquired from a local specialty wood source, and it was shipped off Switzerland to be transformed into these.

Thank you @vapman for putting together this special collection of Cascadia Edition Vapmans for me. They are so beautiful.
