I just noticed that a MF Youtube channel friend/subscriber, LB vid maker, and fellow Flight Crew member, Lancelot250 aka Hawk, passed away a few months ago. May he have many flights in the sky. RIP

Is it strange to form a bond between yourself and your box to the point where you don't want a replacement cause you take pride in having a low serial number.

Mine is broken through clumsiness but it still kinda works so I haven't sent it in yet for the same reason, so at least your not alone!

Durden,
Vit that micro hit video was beast! that's the technique I have become accustomed to It gets me medicated way faster :o

I was just thinking about him yesterday and wondering why he hadn't been around in so long. That is sad news. Fly in peace Hawk.

couple of questions for the MFLB community..
I own the beta version of the power adapter. It recently has been giving me problems after probably 4 months of consistent use. When i try to use it now, the adapter only works at certain angles or if i hold the cord (kind of like when you have old speakers and the audio plug is worn..)
Has anyone had a problem like this with the beta and were you able to resolve it?
Tightening the screw on the button end only semi worked..
Last question is do ya'll know what the warranty status is on betas?
If not it's all good, i look to swoopin on that real deal adapter.
thanks for the help everyone.

Shout out to JD and Vitolo, watched and enjoyed your vids :)

alldayerryday,
Alldayerrday, Same thing happens for mine but it started doing that after a few weeks but i managed to work with it.
Also my car charger for the thing didn't even work so Instead of buying an new one I just bought one of these that works with all my vapes

I would for the time being ... find that position (as in the case of the speaker wire).. and then "overextend" the wire... in the direction of "the fix'...
Then tape a band around that... you then can "double it over" to eliminate any stress on that spot.. when it gets tugged.
It is my understanding that we do have warranty on our Beta PAs.

i had the same problem as this and contacted Magic Flight through an email. they told me to send it back and they would replace it. they sent me back an entirely new PA kit and the replacement looked and worked better than my first PA did on day one. i would suggest you to email them about your problem and im sure they'll help you like they did with me.

Do you guys know how long it usually takes for customer service to reply back after sending an email about warranty? I sent them an email last Thursday and have yet to hear back from them. I had them replace one unit last year and they responded within a couple days. Shortly after receiving my unit, I wrote to them about my screen being loose, I put up with it and hasn't seemed to affect performance. The thing is, I never heard back from them even though I included all the correct info in the email. The other day I dropped the box and the clear cover has cracked where the metal spring is that holds the lid down. Hopefully I don't get the cold shoulder for the second time in a row.

There has just been a change in the warranty system.
You still have a lifetime warranty.
The warranties and repairs were handled previously through BlissSville, who was the Original Distributor of MFLB.
While BlissSville will still sell MFLB, and it's parts, and regular accessories, (with some GREAT surprise "percs" ), Magic Flight themselves have taken over all warranty issues.
BlissSville as we all know handled the warranty replacements SUPER fast, and made it SUPER easy.
Magic Flight, I am certain, will follow suit and try maintain the same quality service.
There are a couple of email addresses, and a warranty section at MFLB Warranty page

Cool cup, what's it called? On a side note, I never push/pull the power adapter battery part by the black handle, I always grab the battery part it. Mine is a very snug fit, and I'm sure the part where the cord connects to the battery would eventually get loose and create problems.

I have dealt pretty extensively with Magic-Flight. They are a throw-back to true customer service. However, because of that... they are very busy. Give it a couple more days.

Call them on the phone 760 723 3800, also send a picture of the damage and serial number,

Also I notice that in one of Vitoloa videos that when he's using the PA /WPA he puts it in the left side of the box with the stem facing the user.
Is there a left and right handed box?

al bundy,
Hey all. I just recently got a magic flight, and from watching youtube videos and stuff, I've seen a lot of people using it with a WPA and WP. It seems interesting to me, and I was wondering, what's the advantage of using the magic flight with a bong? It seems like some of the vapor might get lost in the water. I tried doing some research but didn't really find anything. So, what's the advantage of using it with a bong?

Fun, variety, visual thrills and chills, smoothness, something to write home about.... and.......
...some people just are not happy unless there is glass involved when they medicate!

Vitolo,
Haha, alright! I think I may get one then, it just seems cool haha. My budget is around $100, and I live in the US, any recommendations for websites to buy from?

Cannabinoids are minimally soluble in water. If you don't fill your bong with oil or alcohol, you will have no significant loss of vapor into water.
