No really its true , I am sure some of you already know that about me .

I know this has all been asked and said before but I have been searching and been frustrated .
So I ask you all who (most of you ) have much more experience than me .
I am not a collector I really only want a good home vape and a portable and maybe a backup .
Not much to ask .... I have been successful a couple of times so I am not without vapor.
But I am just not satisfied that I have found the best delivery apparatus for my only medication .
I have or had
Ez vape - didn't like the whip and just not happy with the quality.
Iolite - Never got it to work got vapor maybe once .
0-pen- works great everything I've had through it tastes like crap and does not medicate me .
Omicron light -worked great for a bit then battery pin problem happened and it would not function . But I decided I wanted to stick to flower anyway .

Then I succeed for a bit .
Aizer Solo - great vapor works great ,better dry Just not easy for me to use with a wp (and I have crazy wp problems as well basically I can now only use a sidecar piece to avoid bending my neck too much which limits the choice there but that's another story .) And the Solo gets harsh a 5 or 6 to me would be great through water .

Pax- Great for portable would like a pen style for traveling .

So at this point I am trying to upgrade my home set up from the Solo. And make the Solo the backup
First try was the E-Nano - I like this one but found for me the open heating element was to much worry around my house .And I could not get reliable use out of it heating it up for 2 or three mins. it took more like 10 -15 and I'm not that patient when I am in pain . '

But that was just my experience with all of these . I know many of you have had success with them and I think that's great !

So now that I have whined and bitched enough . ( thanks for putting up with that )
I ask for you r help once again FC'ers

Looking for a home setup with a clean vapor path, would like to avoid plastic silicone etc and stay with glass if I can .
Would like some temp control .
Would like to use with a bubbler .
Something I don't need an engineering degree to figure out and I don't play well with torches
Would like to not have to sell a kidney to get one ( mine is already promised to someone )

I think I am asking too much .

Any suggestions or discussion or just general ranting about what a pain in the ass I am is greatly appreciated !

It's so hard to find a vaporizer for some because you can't try it out a head of time. In a perfect world we could rent a vaporizer to see if we liked it. It would be great if we could though. I mainly have portable vaporizer. What about the Herbalizer? It's an expensive unit. I've been reading up on it.

I also have the Solo and am very happy with it. We all have different needs.

Hey @CarolKing
I totally agree and I wish I had more friends into vaping so the we could compare notes!
And a Rental service would be great .
The Herbalizer? is a out of range for me at this point . But I wish .

@steama Volcano is not for me not into the bags Damn I am one picky bastard !

@Superfecta , @lwien , I have been thinking about that one today .
That is now at the top of my list to try next .

I wish I had the answer too! I'm trying to figure out my next vape purchase, am yearning for a plug in home unit, something powerful, not too expensive because I will need to buy some water tools as well. Da Budda is topping my list right now, certainly it's in the realm of possible costwise. I would love a Herbilizer but I can't fork out that much cash for a vaporizer. I also worry I might not make the best choice when I buy, guess it can always be sold if I don't like it.

There is this book I read 35 years ago called: "acres of diamonds"
The SOLO I use for my driver.
Super easy!
I have a bunch of bubblers and ash collectors connected to JHOOKS.

The NANO I leave at 4 24/7 6.25 dry - 6.60 water path heats very fast!

I had a LSV however very nice vaporizer I just don't like being in a coma in the middle of the day.
A HERBALIZER is on my list. Kind of expensive.
I have this one cheap low income vaporizer called a VAP2 (vapolution). It's super cheap so big headed ego maniacs would not try it. It taste the best. The warm up time is longer than the NANO so I just leave it on 24/7. I load this one with whole flower nuggets. Looks ugly however very effective medically speaking.

I had a few others however way too strong.

Flavor and Effect is best for my disease.
I really have found what works in my case!
Learning from the others on here speeds up the progression.
Like eating fish! Eat the meat and spit out the bones!

I wish you success in finding what works for you.

Remember Cannabis is the Holy Grail!
Many suggestions different folks have recommended.
There all good!
Just find what is best for you!

if you can't be bothered to wait for a heat up time or leave something running 24/7 i think the cloud evo is your answer. it is the only thing i can think of which does not have an exposed heating element and heats fast from cold to hittable.

i wish i have used the LSV but i can not speak to its warm up times.

I think the Cloud Evo meets all your criteria as long as you're in USA/Canada (intl version coming "soon"). It has a built in auto-off of 1 hour but heats up quickly. If you use a hydratube, the vapor path is all glass minus the screen pod but it is 100% glass for vaping oils which it does amazingly well. It's pricey but warranty support is good and people are consistently reporting 2 week turnaround times for repairs. They seem to be popping up in the Classifieds forum more lately if you want to snag a cheap one there.

So in order

Hey @Deja Vu @jeffp
I have looked at both and I the the EQ does some cool stuff I don't really want to deal with a whip. Again that's just me and maybe that will change .

I have seen your collection great stuff . Although I think a jhook would last all of 20 mins in my house before I broke it !

That was the problem I had with the Nano cant leave it on . Wish i could because that is a good one !

I don't want to be knocked out by a vape either , One of my favorite things since switching over to vaping is that I can medicate when I need to and still generally function . I don't need to get fucked up just need to keep my pain manageable .

And It is great that you have found what works for you .

@Ratchett , @exit ,@Monsoon and @Seren ,
I can't tell you how many times I have looked at the EVO new and used . And will all my past failures I just cant see spending that much money . Just like the HERBALIZER.
I appreciate good service and quality parts But I don't see why these are 400+ .
And I cant justify that especially with out being able to try it first . Yes I know there is 251 page if people who love them but there is also 336 pages of people loving on the Nano and that was not for me . Again not saying any of these are not good just can't understand the cost.
That said if I tried one and thought it was the greatest thing I would have no problem spending the money . But without that I just cant justify it . Am I crazy? (in the spicific situation )

Would you consider butane powered vapes? The Lotus is one hell of a powerful vaporizer which works fast, and is just as potent as any vape I own (The lotus and My nano are the two best vapes I own, they have cured my desire for a more powerful vape). At $100 for the WPA kit, it's a great price for such power. Did I mention it's durable as hell, I've dropped it several times on concrete with nothing but a scratch on the exterior

(The only catch to the vape is you need to practice to get the best performance out of the vape, but it's fun to learn)

3 to 4 minutes.

I don't want to be knocked out by a vape either ,

The LSV doesn't have to be a "knock-out" vape just like a Lambo doesn't need to be driven at 200+mph.

Lots of recommendations for the EVO but for those that want very close to it's performance parameters but either don't want to spend that kind of money and/or who would rather have a vape with a little less electronic complexity and therefore a bit more reliable while still maintaing a glass air and vapor path and works EXTREMELY well through water, the LSV makes a lot of sense.

Space is the Place
For Butane torch powered vapes the Vapman and daisy are the favorites around here with older crowd. I've been sharing the daisy, vapman and lotus with a few retirees around here, one bought a daisy one a vapman and no one really wants to use the lotus. They all also love using my Solo but nobody ran out to buy one like they did with the VM and Daisy. Just my experience here in the sunshine state over the last month.

FUnhouse hope you find what you're looking for.

I have looked at the Lotus but want to avoid the torch .And not really into the butane powered stuff like the hammer etc

@lwien
I am liking the LSV but worried about it getting to hot and also rolling off the table . Needs some kind of stand .

I appreciate all the suggestions , I an just a picky bastard sorry

look into and consider: a log vape, the Life Saber vaporizer (aka LSV), the silver surfer (for a less hands on version of the LSV)

if you wanted to try something torch based, the lotus, daisy, and gn0me are all great options.

but honestly, it sound like you need something that is more medicinal minded. it's expensive, but the herbalizer would fit the bill minus the cost stipulation. the bags and whip mode make getting comfortable easy.

No need to apologize. I'm picky too.

I've had the LSV for almost 2 years now and don't have any issues of it rolling off the table or getting too hot. The knob keeps it from rolling around, and I've never found that it ever gets so hot that it burns anything that it is laying on.

An all glass vapor path is very rare. The Vapolution has one and is a great bargain, but somehow I don't think you'd take to it. I'd suggest a DBV- very affordable, very reliable (time tested design and guts), and big, predictable hits. The whip tubing is perfectly safe to use and you can leave it on all day if you like. They have units they've been running non-stop for years. If you were willing to use the vapes you've listed as 'tried and found lacking', you sure shouldn't have any issues with the 7th Floor products.

Thanks @max I have been looking at the 7th floor stuff and also have been reconsidering the whip .
Although If the was going to get any of the 7th floor stuff I would prob. get the LSV because I don't like the exposed hot glass and from what I can tell the LSV doesn't get as hot But I could be wrong .

If I am reconsidering the whip I would prob go with the Extreme Q but form what I have read I would need to replace the whip and maybe get a new bowl before I even start and don't know if I want to deal with that and I hate dealing with cleaning a whip as I had to on my first vape . Maybe I should just shut up and deal with.
