Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

@TherealVaporblunt The response from customer support about my cracked unit was that it happened due to an impact well this is my reply.

Well, it has had no impact at all, this has happened from sticking together due to high temperature, and me trying to
separate it, cant u see in the pictures that the thin walled pong which u have had issues( ALL OVER FC FORUMS THAT THEY DEFORM FROM HEAT) was the problem.
It has deformed in the chamber due to high temps( I only use 5) and stuck fast to the pnp . CAUSING THE CRACKING WHEN I SEPERATED IT)
Never has my unit had any impact at all. So no im not willing to pay $50, I want it replaced under warranty. U do realize im in the uk so that $50 would be lots more after shipping.
Anyway im contacting trading standards about this matter.
The unit obviously wasn't fit for purpose so SHOULD BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY.

and I expect a promt reply please.

Please read the previous posts, there's no sell on the Pinnacle Pro all by itself, but only the DLX (with water tool). That was mentioned in @TherealVaporblunt post, and on the black friday sale poster you can't see the pinnacle pro by itself

Finally got the PNP and been playing around with PNP & water tool, so far I like it a lot, very cool little device.
Back to for testing!

The Pinnacle Pro has been my main go to vape, but I have concerns about the area surrounding the bullet the top portion of the pro that attaches to the pong or mouthpiece. That seems to be a weak area, I have three Pnp now and have had problems with 2 of the units.

The first unit I paid $50 to get the top of the Pnp fixed because it cracked just like ecopain's(I was taking the mouthpiece off). I have another pnp that has a problem with a crack where the mouthpiece attaches, this is called the sleeve. This crack is diagonal about 1/3 inch and is only obvious when the pro is hot.

I sent an email and a picture of the problem on Wednesday. I will not pay another $50 to get this unit fixed because I had the unit less than 2 weeks have not dropped it. I have been careful taking the mouthpiece off.......

In my opinion it either came to me with a crack or the heat caused the crack. I will see if I get response from VaporBlunt on Monday.

FC, this is a great little unit, it medicates better than my Ascent or my Solo. It performs outstanding!
Be careful and keep and eye on the sleeve area, make sure the unit is warm when taking off the pong or mouthpiece, to play on the safe side.

Looks like they updated the perc. The perc in my tube is big wide open holes while yours has nice little slits ... very nice

Thats funny you mention that, The awesome Fc member that I got it from also stated he thought that this WT had better quality than some other WT.
So far very happy with it.

Heres a little video of my second or third session with the PNP, loaded up about a .11 and set her at heat setting 3.
I was getting very nice clouds.

Great little unit, got me vaked very quickly, even my first 2 sessions I had little vapor but felt the effects. Once I loaded it right and hit with a constant draw i got great hits.

I agree I think they should look into a natal case like the Solo. I'd pay for it ,this thing heats up fast i like it.

I didn't notice any complaints of cracks with the Original Pinnacle n that thread.

Could be a bad batch of cases or could be the heat.
I would think if it was heat there would be more complaints of cracks.
I hope they work with you with this.

I was hoping that VaporBlunt would come out with a car charger for the Pnp.

My first time loading I used a tiny bit like .03 like the smallest amount That I could use in the Lotus Vape.
I got tiny wispy hits but tasty (level 2), and believe it or not after a few minutes went by, I felt the beginning of a nice high kicking in. I then proceeded to load another .03 maybe .04 and try once again, never packing tight or anything (still finding my technique). I turned up to level 3 this time and a bit warmer vape, tasty, but still wispy hits, felt pretty vaked.
Then I decided to share with my wife & this time loaded up at least a .1 and set it at level 3, let her warm up 15 seconds after the light stopped blinking & started getting very nice clouds.
I am still learning with the pinnacle , have not tried packing in tight, but so far just loading loosely has worked great at level 3 for me (I use water tool mostly) and load at least .07 or more.
I used it at the park today, taking my dogs for some play time, and I got heavily medicated not using the water tool, some visible clouds at level 3 but not huge by any means. I then turned it up to level 4 and was blowing out pretty fat vapor clouds (Vapor Cloud Chaser Here<------).I started feeling like I was going to pass out and go into a mad burnout, but I fought it out took my vitamins and ate dinner back at again lol lol lol
Hopefully the one's that have had the pinnacle pro longer can chime in on what works best for them.
The draw of the pinnacle is pretty free flowing , I dont find it restrictive at all, but I slowed my intake speed down a bit, not super slow & not super fast, a nice consistent inhale and get good results.

Will the Chandelier work on anything that's 14mm or what?

the chandelier is 18mm, you need a 18mm<14mm adapter.

Awesome feedback! Thanks man. My friends loved your vids and pics last night.

I find vaping creeps in vs burning gives more of an instantaneous effect.
Also, lets say when you burn a spliff, you can visually gauge how much you have smoked.
On the other hand, while vaping, since you don't see the ABV and combined with the creep in effects, I find I need to be more careful when vaping.
I caught myself slipping a couple times.
I like cloud chasing too, but while in public, I like the fact that you can go on low temps and be very discreet.

My PNP is on its way.
Can't wait.

FC members seem to give the best advice.
Honest opinions.

As far as loading goes, I've found it best to loosely fill the bullet to the top then flick it a few times to let it settle,usually then it's about 1/2 to 3/4 full. I then place a small ball of cotton in to keep the mp clean and I believe this condenses the load a tiny bit. I some times do this but fill the bullet up only half way and using a bigger piece of cotton.

This works great for me. That said I have loaded it every way from here to china and this thing still kicks butt, I have just settled into this process.

It's my pleasure.
I had to give it some time to get accustomed to the vapors high vs combustion. Vapor takes a little bit to kick in (creeper) but when it does your feeling it, combustion is a bit more instant due to the bad toxins that actually make you feel good but are really bad (combustion). I totally agree I have to watch out how much I vape, it could be one session, then I wait 5+ minutes and if iam not where I want to be I do one more session. Sometimes right before I think I need another session, boooooom it kicks in and iam like " no more., no more ".

I recently received my PNP and WT (via the massdrop sale).

The immediate issue I had was the mp tip fitting onto the cap. It is very tight and took a lot of force to attach and there is still a gap. I expect I'll have issues trying to separate these.

I used the PNP for a couple of sessions (direct and through my bubbler), but that was all as I have a cough and a sore throat and have had to minimize my vaping. As others have stated it produces quite hot vapor - too much for my sore throat to handle. Also agreeing with others that the top of the unit gets quite hot. A bullet got me pretty vaked and the extraction appears good - consistent dark ABV.

I just went to fill my PNWT, but can only manage to fill it to the level of the perc. No matter how much I fill it, the water just falls down to the level of the perc. So, I assume it has a crack and needs to be returned? I expect this to be complicated by the massdrop purchase and international shipping.

The biggest issue I have though it the sense that there is quite a lot of conduction happening (even on level 1 and 2). I feel hurried between hits as it builds heat and slowly roasts away the load. I am new to these session-style portables with the heat coming on and staying on. It seems to encourage chain-hitting and seems capable of satisfying small group sessions (except for the small load). For my solo usage I found myself turning it off between hits for my second session. What are others experiences in this regard?

I do need to spend more time with the PNP to get a handle on it and see if it's a keeper. I'll try the cotton trick to see if that helps with the irritation. My primary use will be w/o the WT.

Try filling up the wt slower. My buddy kept trying to fill mine and had the same problem. If you pour it in quickly it fills up the lower perk and spits out all the water to that point. Pour it in slow, and maybe take a couple pulls while filling just to even out the water level. Just a thought

Yeah try just trickling the water into the wt ... I had the same problem. When I'm hitting the pnp dry I find it necessary to puff on it ... instead of drawing with my chest/diaphragm I fill my mouth with vapor then inhale the mouthfuls. It really cools the vapor off before it hits my throat.


I know what you're saying with the conduction. When you fire the unit up and it's heating up you can ssmell the terpes boiling off
