We all talk about Vapes etc but i was wondering how long you have been smoking/vaping? I've been consuming a long time ;). I go back to the days of $25 ounces and nickel bags you bought at the bodega with your milk and bread. You cleaned all the stems and seeds out of it by using a double album cover. I imagine some people wondering what the hell a double album cover is lol.

So how long have you been consuming? I've been smoking since 1966 :o and vaping since 2002 and i'll consume till i die lol

we used to use a shoebox top lol. It was $50 an oz for me. But, I haven't been consuming that long. Its been 16 years for me. I started in 1996-97ish? I have been vaping for IDK 5 or 6 years? I would guess? Now I'm in a legal state and have my med card lol

Since I went to see a Blackfoot concert I was like 13 one of my dad and uncles friend took me. He smoked a skunk joint with me on the drive to the concert I was bouncing all over that back seat.
Just crazy high for hours then the dude took me back out to the car to burn a half joint mid show.
That was when Becks draft first came out my uncle said he was my dad and they let me drink. 23 years ago 25 an oz in 66 must of been some fire My dad always talk about lids and $50 QP's

Regular herb user since ' 72 Vaping since '09 . And I still use a gatefold album cover to clean my herb .
A lid was $20 and a 1/2 oz was $10 ( not the greatest Bud . I wouldn't buy it now , but it was all we had ) I never ever thought I'd live to see $360-$400 a lid ..............But New Herb Is Awesome .

I use a grinder now lol I'm so glad weed has improved from the $25 Mexican Michoacan we thought was the shit. The first time i had any really killer weed was when someone brought some Thai stick back from Vietnam! Thought i was on Acid lol. NY is dragging it's ass on Medical MJ :( but i have family in Laguna and when i lived out there for a while i voted for MMJ, so i get more variety than i get in NYC when i visit them. Going out again in 10 days. I was hoping to ship an ascent out there to replace my useless iolite but bought another Pax for now.

20 years, the last 7 being an everyday delite. I'm so glad the days are over when an OZ came as a compressed chunk the size of a golf ball. Like smoking cardboard. Every other blue moon I would hear of someone having 'kind buds' but I could never seem to get my hands on them.

Man you old guys :)
Started smoking around 96, been a vape freak sense 09 right when I signed up here.
Every once in a while I pull out the bong and have a combust, every time I wish I hadn't.

Since I quit smoking cig for ecigs I never had to combust anything anymore.
Cigarette were the only thing that relate me with combustion

Started out smoking tobacco in about 1980-1981 and it took me about a year to get on to the better stuff.
This was still in the days the main options here in The Netherlands were Moroccan or Lebanese hashish and either Mexican or Columbian weed(of varying quality) with a occasional Thaistick thrown in(albeit in fairly sparingly).
Only got into vaporising around...(wait for it...checking other forum...) July of 2009,if only i'd known sooner...:)
Finally managed to give up the horrible bad habit of smoking tobacco on...(sorry,just a mo...looking again...) Sep 18, 2011 !
Still do the occasional little burning of either good buds or like right now some nice fingerhash though!:ko:

Wow, been 35 years since I got "turned on". About 3 years since vaping. Wish there had been vapes "back in the day" would have saved MANY pounds of yerba by now!

Smoked for the first time at prep school in 1987.

Bought my first vape about 5 years ago, but didn't really find one I liked and make the switch completely until about 2 years ago.

First tried weed in 1980 as a 16 year old. Been smoking most days for 28 years and vapping for around 7. I actually built one of the first vaps in NZ out of a battery and circuitry which heated up a metal plate taken from a Norml Mag. It was convection and very average but the taste and high were nice. This would have been nearly 20 years ago!

Just waiting for the Ascent release and my vap collection will be complete.

Yeah me too I think. Eyeing up something I can get locally so I don't have to deal with customs etc. I need decent portable vapor.

And this is it. I'm going to be 50 next year and my career has gone from strength to strength in the last few years. Infact in the last 12 months I have doubled my salary ... and was already a top earner before that. And I'm an every day user ... have been for over 20 years.
