CD, that is some thick ass vapor...I can't even see the blue box underneath it! Is this thickness because you opened up that hole? I gotta do mine like that pronto if so.
I'm pretty sure this is the main reason why I got as thinck cloud cause befor it was'nt the same ...I had thick bag but never thick like that !

Yes. After I read some of your other posts in other threads with pics, I figured I fucked that one up. Just goes to show you how much hash I've enjoyed in my life...0.

Glad to hear an (expected) great reply from Steve at Arizer. As stickstones said, they're PR makes up for a couple of problems that have been popping up.
My "black box" was buzzing (very quietly) when it was plugged in. Steve sent me a new power adapter straight away (to Australia) no questions asked, as he was worried it might be a faulty one as mentioned above.
Incidently, the second power adapter is doing the same thing.... It's not really an issue, but it means i have to unplug the Extreme when I'm done with it, otherwise you can hear a very faint buzz when you go to sleep.
Could this be something to do with the Australian power point?

A wider hole would increase the air:vapor ratio, no? I thought that would thin out the vapor? That's why some people like to fill their bag on fan speed 1 rather than 3...

I fill mine on fan 2 and find it better than 1 and 3 ...but like I said I think the important think is your herb lift a bit when you start the fan ...so it also depend of your herb

I find that the silicon tube is harder to harvest the oil. I have that exact tubing from my first vaporizer (vaporwarez/vaporcannon) and prefer the E's clear vinyl one because it is easier for me to harvest the oil.

CD, I looked at my elbow today and the path along the horizontal part doesn't look like it would be easy to hollow out. Also, the diameter of the opening is the same as the diameter of the path, so I would need to hollow out the entire horizontal path?

I don't think I could do it, and even if I could, I think it would be easy to break it. What do you think?

my custome one is about twise as the size of the original one and IMO it help to get more vapor in the bag

yeah but I'm curious to know if a too big diameter is possible ...like 1 for 1 diameter ratio ? LOL hey I have some 18.8 glass gong strain to 18 mm tubing ...i will try to blow a bag with one and see what will happen :brow: I have to make this test I'll came back in some min whit result

i thought for a few minutes about
if a too big diameter is possible
and the only issue i can think of is it'd take up more weed to fill the standard size bag with vapor, you'd get more air in the hit than normal

dont work :disgust: dunno why ...it seem like you need a range of flow to get thick bag :ko: but the big orifice make it totaly different , you can take all the bag in just some hit ...I prefer the old way with el hefe stuff ! the orifice is nere 0.200 - 0.210 inch of diameter now and work good like this ! ,I may talk to steeve about it but you know the stock vap work super nice it's just a lil better i think ... !!!
