Thanks everyone. The HIPod was a real challenge to make. I gained a lot more confidence after turning it. Going to try a 1.5" diameter bamboo pole with the next batch I make. I need to finish up some more cores first.

She's going to run a little hot then. Use your roasting tube. Before you take a hit, put the roasting tube to the heat port, and dry hit it to pull some heat away. Then draw some material in the tube, place the tube in the swiss, and use your HI saber to vaporize!!!

Alright, so she has been heating for about 12 minutes. I just ran my first stem. Not exactly the clouds I was hoping for yet but I assume she is still warming up. The build quality of this fucking thing is mind boggling compared to other logs that I have used. I just want to let her heat up a little more and see if I can't get some milk going!
The waiting time stresses me out...
