All things aside, I wanted to pick this up as a toy until my Cloud is repaired and returned. I was hoping to purchase today for receipt by the end of this week. If I have to wait longer, my Cloud will be repaired before the LSV shows up, which defeats the purpose. Along with what I assume is an inevitable 4/20 sale coming up....why buy the week before that...unless for a specific purpose, like time?

I also reached out to PIU via chat, whomever I was talking to didn't know what the LSV or WPA was,
Randy wasn't around. Most websites still have it priced at $299...vapornation at $249.99.

.......any leads on whom I can I call, pay and ship today for a reasonable price? Wickiepipe has it at $152.99 after discount, but I'm not a fan and I'm not sure they are an authorized dealer.

I found myself in the same situation as you a couple weeks ago. I originally planned to buy my LSV from WickiePipe, but it turns out they didn't accept PayPal as payment. So then I tried PuffItUp, and they said they'd be able to price match WickiePipe, but I later received an email from Randy stating that the LSV was out of stock and out of stock for a while. I tried VaporNation last and they also price matched WickiePipe, but they said they couldn't accept PayPal. I was losing hope, but then Randy said he found an LSV from another reseller and that he'd take $170 for it over Paypal with priority shipping.

So I took his offer and my LSV came in the mail two days later (on a Friday afternoon, what a perfect way to start off the weekend)! My advice is that you shoot Randy an email. He's extremely helpful and friendly. If that doesn't work out, try VaporNation. They will price match WickiePipe and I believe they are an authorized dealer (also great reputation in the FC community).

Best of luck to you in your search for an LSV. Believe me, it's worth it :)

Haha! Great feedback and thank you Smokey! I'll run with that, make a few calls and report back.

FYI - Spoke to Vapeworld....I can't express how much good customer service means to me. While out of stock, the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. I have faith again in the human race. The search continues.

Edit - VaporNation hit it out the park and price matched for me. They took the extra time to listen to my sob story and are doing what they can to accommodate my needs. If I actually get the unit by the end of this week, I'll be thrilled. Either way, I'm happy and can move on with the day. Thanks for the help guys!

Your making me jealous!

I have my portables and love them and one plug in that produces great taste.

However as soon as I finish my medication room front and center will be the LSV paired with a WATER PIPE.

From the research I've done for the PRICE - QUALITY factor it's the one!

The LSV is great indeed and I think together with the solo it pairs up as the best price - quality vaprizers out in the market.



Now back to the water usage...so I previously was not too happy about my 18-18 male male glass adapter due to it not having a screen in the middle...I tried a big screen and it was hard to put inside well...

Now I took one of my Arizer solo screens (that Ed sent me - very tight mesh) and used them...it is much better and I grew fond of this...and yeah the LSV with water is plain great :)

Well guys, I have a sad story for you. Today I was using my LSV and I was taking my heat wand out of the unit to stir the material and the base of the wand broke into two pieces. I'm not even sure how it happened. I'm very surprised because I bought my LSV less than a month ago and now a part of it is already broken. Just in time for 4/20 too :(

I've already contacted 7th floor. Should I also contact PuffItUp, the retailer where I bought my LSV from?

This sucks...I have no idea how you manage to do this (and this comes for a serious glass breaker)

Can you post a picture?, it shouldn't happen...also you're not suppose to keep the transfer wand inside the heating chamber all time...

Unfortunately for you, there's no glass part warranty so it doesn't matter who you talk to honestly - I know it sucks...I tried to remove my glass cover and it broke - then I used my backup and it broke too..

The LSV for connecting to a WATER PIECE is such a nice device.
I really like these units as well as the SILVER SURFER.
7th FLOOR has some nice devices and acessories.
As soon has I can secure my medication area I will start updating my quiver.
I share your grief as I break glass almost every day.
Padded floors might help glass breakers.

I don't keep the heat wand inside the heater all the time. I only keep it in when the LSV is being used at that moment. When I'm done using my LSV, I always keep it inside the provided travel bag.

But nope.. the LSV just completely stopped working after 10 days of receiving the thing.

I sent it in a week ago and no update on what's going on.

Pretty disappointed.

Hopefully you'll get it back soon. At least you have that solo to use in the meantime :)

7th Floor are really nice folks and just because they're yet to respond doesn't mean they are not working on your unit... I know this as a fact :)

Since my heat wand broke fairly minimally, do you guys think taping it up would work? I taped it up and it seems stable enough for use. I'm just worried that the scotch tape I used might melt or I end up inhaling toxic fumes or something of that nature. What do you all think?

Do not use any adhesive. You're better off trying to somehow wrap a screen around the broken side. Adhesive in your vapor path is asking for trouble. The way it looks to me, you may still be able to pack small loads as it is now. I would sand down the sharp edges and see if I could still use it in any manner.

I agree with Boobs. I recently had to weld a downstem together after breaking it. It wasn't pretty, but it kept me going until I cold get it replaced.

I don't have access to a welder right now (though I could easily find one on campus :p). I think I'm just going to order a replacement wand. I got an email back from 7th floor telling me to send a picture of the damage, but that doesn't guarantee a free replacement. I'll see if I can still pack small bowls later tonight.

Did you guys find your consumption go down less when using this? I feel like mines gone up but I'm not sure how... I tend to use more on the weekends though. I get higher but it seems like I still use the same if not more herb then when I smoked.
