@ataxian while I am not (officially) a doctor - I AM a student of science and posses a perfectly capable and apt biological vessel with which I am able to conduct a battery of tests for the good of mankind. :spliff::science:

Through rigorous testing, I have determined that I find the Ti tip to taste a bit more "pure" - I can notice a slight metallic hint that both adds it's own flavor, and dulls the cannabis' flavor with the SS tip.

Some folk are not as sensitive to this metallic taste, and thus don't notice. I also think you need to be actively looking for a difference to truly notice it.

Whichever suits your budget better.

I think the airflow difference is also close to negligible (obvious winner is Ti though) so the only super obvious difference now is the inherent differences between the properties of Ti and SS.

If you don't mind the longer heatup, to end up getting more draws per heat cycle, go 19 M

If you want quick heatups, and can deal with the quick cooldowns, go for the Ti.

I don't think either will disappoint you.

While I hate to admit that I haven't yet tried the new tip (horrors... I must fix that immediately) I will say that the difference between the M18 tip and the M19 tip will be less than the difference between a steel tip and a Ti tip. And I will admit that, at least before testing the M19 tip, I prefer Ti to steel. But many prefer steel so...

Now, pardon me while I remedy my negligence...

Whew, fixed that. I must say I like it. Ignoring other variables like the cap I would say there seems to be an improvement in airflow in the first bowl consumed, but it is just one bowl.

Seems cavernous compared to how my Ti tips are set.

Feels good in my hand and very easy to find air port without looking. Nice.

With an IH the Ti tip is really nice for fast heat ups and cool downs, which means more heat cycles per session, which to me results in more total hits, especially now that I’m preferring to sip and take small mouth hits versus huge lung draws that clear the bowl in two heat cycles.

I can't imagine why there would be any noticeable difference in high between them, but my early impression is that the M19 has slightly improved air flow so it might get you wherever you are going a little sooner... :leaf:

Can buy a few OMNIs for the price of one.

Have a bud who has a bike shop LBS he sells electric bikes.
Keeps saying come on, it’s fun I’ll give you one at cost (~ $1k-$5k).
Told him I’d rather pedal, and spend my change at the Local Pot Shop LPS, next building.

He likes his flameless CCells. Me, too.

This new wide-mouth j-hook is kicking my ass tonight with a titanium Dynavap tip in my WonG from @Ed's TnT. All that extra room for the vapor to expand and cool gives it both that "barely there" feel on the throat, while allowing a wide-coverage flavor-explosion on the tongue with that wide mouth.

I can't wait to try it with my Woodscents log! Choo-choo, next stop Flavortown!
