I'VE GOT MY BABY BACK! My heating coil wouldn't heat so I sent it back for repair. I figured it would be another two weeks before I saw it again but today, there it was. I can't say enough how great the customer service is. They sent me back a whole new base and it's working just fine. Haze, really, you've got my business forever.

Also, I've been telling people that aren't satisfied with their Square out of the box to up the temps with the app. I think the upper temps are too low, and mine are set to 450 for herbs and 480 for trates. If you're a high temp guy like me, don't be shy. 445 - 455 will finish off a bowl and 480 will combust it!

Well put on all points you've made, @stickstones - sounds like we are one in the same in terms of how we enjoy herbs in heavy doses
Also my unit just arrived a day early and is charging as we speak!!!
I've got my baby back, baby back, baby back, back doobieeee. Time to go test the clouds here in a bit with my freshly fixed unit!

I'm with you guys, 440-450F and once in a while down to 420 if something really tastes good, then back up.
Trates at 480 haven't wowed me yet.....

Got around to doing some testing today. Here's some images of abv after a session and some stats throughout the session. I wish i had timed my session but I forgot to do so.

One thing that was interesting was that i found that the app does not give you an accurate battery percentage. It tells you which range and which color it would be on your unit.
I will do another test like this in the future with a more on demand approach.

In other news - got my Haze back today. I don't know what @Haze Vaporizers did - but this thing is hitting like a fully loaded Mack truck.
I immediately notice the seal protrudes a bit further out than it did before. Not sure what happened but I still found a way before to get mass clouds off of a very specific way drawing on the unit. Now it seems there is no "way" and its just RIPS.
Either way I am once again humbled and grateful for Haze customer service. Thanks guys for sending my baby back to me better than ever before!

I only stir just to get extra hit or two out of pod but not necessary....if you are a high heat type guy....I wouldn't see a need to stir at all.....

Agreed, especially if you are using a fine grind. When i was using A run of the mill 3 chamber grinder i needed to stir. Im still using the orange plastic 2-piece S&B mill until I’m convinced of a suitable metal replacement... works perfectly - no stirring needed, very affordable but its plastic

Take a look to the newvape fine grinder, I'm thinking about getting one of those, seems to be the best one for that.

Yup just went to use my square pro after charging , unplugged and led is stuck on green and unit was really hot. Havent been on in a while any suggestions guys. Won't turn on or off and stays lit green, unit is still hot.

Most likely going to need to contact Haze. Happened to several of us including me. The good news is they are quick and friendly to help you out and have your back. Mine came back yesterday and is hitting better than ever before.

Been using the Haze Square for about 2 months or so. It's great. All of the sudden it decided it didn't want to charge anymore using the wall charger or directly to my PC. So I rush ordered a USB-C thumb drive to install the new firmware. Got the file on my USB-C thumbdrive, tried their steps to update the firmware, and the light never goes green it just hangs on the blue solid light. Anyone have any idea what to do now? My vape won't charge and is almost out of batteries.

When it cools ......check battery and disconnect..... Or pm Haze from here
Had same.prob.... here is the.fix from Haze....delete the frimware file and reinstall to drive then try.again....can take a few times to get.....

Delete the firmware from the Haze directly? How do I do that?
Sounds like you did not apply the firmware upgrade and overcharging the unit may have damaged it. Please PM me your order details and we can take care of you

The lid/screen section when attached to the unit became very wobbly and loose. I even thought the pod wasnt sitting properly over the heater (as performance has suffered)
Had anyone else had to tighten the middle inner locking turning mechanism?

Did you tighten screw? If so Did it change anythin? Seems like just would need some tightening...
