Stonemonkey55, how conservative of herb is your machine compared to other vaporizers (when run through a water pipe for fair comparison)? Are small amounts effective or do you need to load a good bit? I'm assuming the "high efficiency" bowl will be better for small amounts when that's released.

I imagine the cloud isn't going to dip into the realm of concentrates. However I think it would be cool if a special bowl could be added down the line. I personally don't like dealing with butane torches and having to refill them. Maybe something along the lines where the bottom of the bowl is where the concentrate sits and hot air enters from the sides (just like the ones sold on aqualab and everywhere else).

Update - still testing out our new bowl. It has caused some inefficiencies in our system as it somewhat impedes airflow. We are working very hard to resolve this issue, otherwise, we will go back to our older bowl design which is a little more difficult to load but vapor performance is better.
Cloud + HydraTubes = Patent Pending - a beautiful thing

I am looking into the high end vapor market as it is just a healthier alternative to smoking. Originally my mind was pretty set on a Volcano but as I expanded my research I have come across several other possible alternatives. I really like the idea of the VHW but should I be patient and hold out for the Cloud? It seems slightly bulkier BUT cordless and looks much less likely to break.
Any suggestions?

I apologize for the rookie mistakes in asking already answered questions 
It appears I just had not gone back through enough of the pages to find my answers... Would like to thank all that post on this site as it has been very helpful for obtaining knowledge about multiple different vapes.
Now like most rookies to the vape world I started my search attempting to find the best deal I could on a Volcano.
After reading many many posts on here I have found that the majority of vapers on here would much rather use another vape as opposed to the Cano for more reasons than just the price of the damn thing. 
After realizing I was pretty much set on spending Volcano kind of money and researching and finding a couple vapes I wanted and could have for the same price I have gone ahead and purchased an Extreme Q for the time being and will be putting the remainder of that "Cano" money in my safe and awaiting the release of The Could.
Max and Stonemonkey I would personally like to thank the both of you for all the posting and dedication you have to spreading the vape knowledge with the rest of us. Had it not been for this page and your posts I would have most likely been a sucker and dropped close to 600 purchasing a Cano as my first vape.
After the stuff I have read on here I will be holding off on the Cano purchase and should one present itself down the road for a steal that is the only way I see myself owning one in the future. After all I have a huge love for high end glass and with the same money I can buy an Extreme Q and an EPIC new addition to the glass collection!!!
Personally I just needed to read some solid info about other top quality vapes and once coming across this Cloud thread I realized that I can still have a killer glass collection (Seeing as how I LOVE LOVE LOVE high end glass) and use it while vaping.
Long story short Ive dedicated myself to Vaping as combustion really kills the lungs and am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Extreme Q on my door step.
Even more, after all the reading I have done about the Cloud and its improval on the VHW and other vapes, I am really excited for The Clouds release. Looks like an extremely solid and efficient product and I cant wait to get my hands on one of those units and the super killer hydra tubes being offered.

We are giving the bowl one more "good ole college try" and if it works, then we are roughly 60 days away from getting them mass produced. That would put us slightly behind the 4/20 date but this vendor has historically delivered quicker than their quoted date so I am still optimistic that if this last sample fits, then we can produce all the Clouds and get them ready to ship around that date.

sonofabeach - thanks for finding our thread. You are part of one of the key demographics that we are designing this vape for, the high end glass lover. I am happy that you had a chance to peruse the forums and went through the wonderful discovery of all the different vaporizers outside of the Volcano brand. I know that sometimes it feels like you are drinking water out of the fire hose but it looks like you are well on your way to building a great foundation of vaporizer knowledge.
I look forward to reading your experience with your Q and hopefully of the Cloud when it is ready to launch.

@SM. I have been using my LSV a lot recently, and the bowl is like you said an 18.8mm male with a screen. In this particular vape, it works great. Only issue, lots of stirring is required. I am intrigued by the notion that you are looking to improve upon this idea further. That being said, I would expect nothing less of you. Thanks for trying to make the best product possible, for you and us. Even if you launch with old dessign, you can always add alternative bowls as accessories later.
