I don't think its the charger... a wire was not connected inside when i disassembled. When i put battery in when i had them connected they just sizzled and one burned down slightly.. WTF? Edit: ill try and post a pic later but its one of the wires within the rubbery clear casing toward the top...

okey dokes i dont know if i have warranty, I was curious if others had this issue and if it was related to a specific problem.. like a wire lost connection or something.

I just may cry, my solo seems to have crapped on me. When trying to charge or turn it on, the idle blue light flashes and then number 7... this repeats indefinitely when attempting to charge. I think i may have let a drop of fluid in while using before, but im not positive. HELP!

Ok im not worried about this warranty business so much anymore, but it appears that people with grey models have not had problems SO FAR. Whoever has a gray model please report how yours has been. There could be some strange problem with either the black material being of slightly different...

From previous posts it seems as though the grey model is alright. Does anyone have a gray model that off gasses? And do orders through amazon void warranty?

Damn i really wanted to order it td or tm but i think im going to wait until this possible manufacture problem is fixed.

Is it worth buying now or waiting for the manufacturing tweaks? It seems there are no crazy problems, but is the heat annoyance, cleaning issue, or slightly rubbery/plastic taste bothering enough to warrant the wait?
