Has anyone sent theirs in for cleaning? I've been using mine A LOT daily with concentrate, and it's extremely dirty inside. I think some of the concentrate dripped into the actual unit as there is some leaking out the air inlet holes by the screen. Wonder if they would still service it.

So I was super excited for my loading tray but I think I got a bad one! :( The capsules barely fit in the holes for them. It was an extremely tight fit and when I used the pusher tray try to try to push them out the capsules wouldn't come out! The pusher does not seem to be long enough to push...

Have you guys used isoprophyl alcohol to clean your mighty? Only reason i ask is because the cleaning instructions in the manual list ethyl alcohol and dont mention iso. Do you think its safe to use iso over ethyl??

Just got my mighty from randy (ah thank you) I love this vape tho. It does have the boost feature. My only concern is the battery and how long it will last. Time will tell! Until then, I am very happy with this thing!! Can anyone recommend me a car charger?

I asked for a refund via the form on the RBT website on Monday 6/6. I've heard nothing yet and have not been refunded. A FC member was kind enough to reach out and provide contact e-mails via PM. I'll be emailing Sheila tomorrow.

How long have people waited for refunds from the RBT website? Trying to gauge when I should file something with PayPal.
