I don't think you need to badger them. Relax, the parts will come in snail mail with no confirmation.

and about the 2 YEAR WARRANTY;
I have asked and received answer, including a clarification about S&B's warranty.
There is one 2 year time period during which they will repair or replace a defective device. It begins on the day S&B first receives a returned defective device. Sounded odd at first, so I asked for an explanation. I'll try to illustrate my understanding of the policy with an example.

Example; Buy a Crafty or Mighty on Jan. 1st, 2015. Happy camper for 5 months, say, til June 1, and it stops working (assuming not a battery wear & tear issue). It is returned in mail and received by S&B on June 6, and they examine and determine that the problem is defective and as such, covered. They send out a replacement device on June 7. In this scenario, June 6, 2015 has become the begin date of the 2 year warranty period. It will never reset, regardless of how many subsequent devices fail or are upgraded or returned or shipped out.
In your scenario if the June 6 2015 date becomes the beginning date of the two year warranty after the warranty return then the warranty does reset. The warranty definitely doesn't reset as has been confirmed by Bickel and Storz.

If you want your warranty to reset then do what I do; firstly find a good retailer. Then buy a new second unit outright every time your first unit fails. When you receive your new unit send the defective one back for a full refund. You will then have a full 2 year warranty for the new unit.

I was just asking because i've seen many reports of emails with tracking numbers....perhaps these were only for actually units being sent, and not parts. Thanks for the heads up on the snail mail/no tracking!

EDIT: they forgot to send the tracking. It is not snail mail, and it is tracked. It's already at customs.

I put in about 0.1g of herb into my Mighty and vaped at max temp. I'm using the D020-D bubbler with the attachment by delta3dstudios. If I wanna get ripped fast, this is what I do!

P.S. Don't mind the vertical video... I know I'm a noob for doing that. lol

When they shipped my Mighty, I received an email with tracking information and they used USPS. Didn't take too long either, cleared customs the same day and took about 7 business days to reach me.

Apologies, for the mis-guidance.
Back when they had shipped some units (Craftys) with bad c/u's -- a little hole you could only see if you opened the c/u -- I wrote and told them my c/u was leaking. They replied that it would be replaced, and it arrived in the mail, no other advance notice, no paperwork in the envelope.

No worries, where was the little hole? Mine leak forsure, and it's 100% the top portion of the CU.

Maybe we should be over in Crafty, but,
If you take off top of a Crafty c/u and look down into lower half from above, look into the hole where there's a small shelf, just above the screen. On the shelf are two small dimples, remnants of manufacture, and in the bad c/u's, one of those dimples mistakenly goes all the way through the plastic.

Leaking at top half? Three o-ring seals. No other real possibilities, well maybe a hole, but that's not likely. Do a "smoke" test! or a vape test if you'd prefer (away! from water tool, blow vape in to see if/where it come out). Take c/u off, thumb over screen, blow vape in at mouthpiece. Shouldn't come out anywhere, or maybe just traces, which would not be a major problem.

Sent in my mighty. Storz and bickel promptly sent me a shipping label and directions on how to send back and so forth and all that was within 2 hours of my email to them. I bought my mighty from randy at puffitup and send my first warranty back thru him which was awesome and painless but i need a new charger and c/u...and randy didnt have extra accesories to send back..i sent in my mighty main unit and recieved the same back..but a brand new one..so i went thru s and b for the accesories this time..

Hey what's up everyone. I've had my Mighty since August. In that time my power cord stopped working twice. The bottom where the wire connects to the piece that plugs in the Mighty is the problem. S&B immediately sent me new ones twice with no questions, awesome customer service!

Now my Mighty has been sent back and is due at S&B factory tomorrow. My problem is the same as others here with the power button suddenly stopping to work, with a small piece inside rattling around. Hopefully it will get replaced like all of yours was.

Since getting the Mighty I cannot smoke weed the way I have been forever, by combustion. Ugh it's disgusting and like eating cigarette butts. My girlfriend feels the same way. I can't believe I'd ever feel this way but vaping is so amazing that I can't wait for my Mighty to come back to me and I will never smoke by combustion again.(I tried this week since I sent the Mighty back. It's fucking disgusting!)

I just started using it with my bong, a Toro double micro 7/13 to hopefully add humidity back to the vapor and irritate my chest less. Never has combusting bothered my chest like vaping does sometimes, but then again I usually vape from morning till night as my tolerance is quite high. I'm taking a break while my Mighty is off for repair, hopefully my tolerance will go back to normal.

I don't know though if a 700 dollar bong made for flowers like the Toro 7/13 is overkill for vaping? What do you all think? I'm getting the little plug that delta 3d makes for the mighty. Is a bubbler fine for vaping? Or is a bong better? I want to maybe sell the 7/13 and grab a little Toro bubbler, what do you all use for water bong and vaping?

I have many different bongs and bubblers that i use and its really personal preference in my opinion. I like to switch it up between pieces..im a cloud chaser first and then flavor craver..but honestly i cant tell difference in taste between a matrix perc and a tree perc??they say they less diffusion for vapor the better but once again i think its all personal preference.

I'd say the answer to both of those questions is Yes.

Maybe it's your taste buds? Because I can taste a huge difference between matrix and tree perc. Much better flavor on the tree perc. The matrix just strips it imo

(peter-ex-piper)
I use leb
Crumble it up (it doesn't need heating)
Put in oven (about 2mm thick)
Then the liquid pad on top
I start around 175 and work my way up to 210
I can start at 155, lots of flavour very little vapor though

Didn't do the smoke/vape test but tested again, and it's 100% the top of the CU for both of them. I have concluded that the leak is at the latch, either the latching mechanism itself, or the hold was just made too big. I used the same bottom, seals, etc. the only thing I varied was the CU itself...I even swapped mouthpieces. If I press hard on the latch, I notice that the leak can slow or stop. Not sure if there is anything else I can do? My good CU is very tight sealed. I'm super apprehensive that my replacement CU's will leak now, just paranoia! I previously owned like 4 or 5 of these Mighty CU's and not one leaked (that I knew of).

You'll be able to take them apart to save replacement parts when you get the new cu's.

If you're positive that's where the leak is,
There's an o-ring to seal the oval hole at the latch. I'm sure you know that one's tricky to get on right, so it doesn't get pinched by the latch. When you're ready to slide the latch closed, you should not be seeing the o-ring at all. Even if the hole were slightly oversize, the seal would probably close it. If a new o-ring doesn't work, the thing is trash.

Well that's the thing, i'm using the exact same o-ring in all three. I've tried new o-rings and know about the bitch it is to get it on proper (I used to destroy these with the latch). The only thing I can think of is the latch, and in fact my good CU closes and opens with a bit more of a snap.... the other two just seem sort of weak? Can that latch actually be removed so I can isolate the problem more? Even though the top of the CU is probably useless, I thought something was going to break if I pried it off.

I'll probably do the smoke/vape test anyways just to really confirm! Pretty good idea dude!

You can snap that sliding latch/hologram off in one piece. Pry up gently on one side, and the other side will pop off. Be careful, but it's doable. In fact SB tells you to do this prior to CU soaking, but I find it unnecessary.

Well I'm in the Mighty club now! Had an opportunity to upgrade from my Crafty and I took it! Enjoyed my first session last night!
Hey Scott, do you notice any performance difference between the 2? I assume they are the same other than battery life.

I got a mighty (love it of course), found a nice case for it that's cheap and a perfect fit (and $8 @ amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PJC8VQO?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00).
