Yeah I'm definitely having some tastiness and clouds at 10 o clock or so now... Had the first with the tube empty of water, then kicked up a smidge for a couple more with water. Huge smooth clouds with effects to match. Totally getting the appeal, even with my flawed parts


EDIT still no reply from customer support... Disheartening to say the least.

Depending on the strain I generally stay at 10 for awesome flavor and nice full clouds. Some strains require me to go to 12

My original cloud I never go past 1 but with my EVO I can leave it on forever on max and still it takes quite a few pulls to fully extract. I kind of wish it was hotter but I've basically just been too lazy to contact support.


It also takes WAY longer to start producing vapor than my original. Original can start producing thick thick vapor in 10 minutes or less but the EVO takes at least 20-30min on max to start getting thick clouds, still nowhere as thick as my original no matter how long it's been heating.

Wow frank definately sounds like yours has a problem..i can get clouds on way less than max after 3 to 4 minutes..nowhere near 20 to 30..if i let it sit 10 minutes i will get bong rips..

Yeah i can get decent clouds in 3-4 min. I get monster clouds after 10min. I'd send it in @Frank Reynolds. I
absolutely hate sending in my vapes for repair but i can honestly say I'm always very happy when they return. I could've never been prepared for the EVO they returned to me. It felt like it was working the way Seibo intended it to. I say this with my chest poked out, There is no herbal vape fucking with the EVO!

Still no reply from CS after 3 emails, hopefully today's the day? You'd expect sooner for someone who received a defective unit and tube out of the box, but apparently not...

I placed an order Friday that has yet to ship. Orders normally ship by the next day. I'm guessing no one has been in the building.

Keep in mind, it's really only been one business day. I bet they get back to you today and take care of you without hesitation.

Sucks you're having issues, but you'll forget all about this once you get a shiny new EVO in your hands

Yeah I'm definitely going to contact support again. I did when I first got it but they told me it's supposed to run cooler over all etc...so I figured I'd keep using it for a while and see if anything changed. They said to contact them again if I still wasn't happy so it isn't like they just brushed me off or anything.

From my recent conversations with VXL customer support, ALL EVO's come with a 3 year warranty. Even those purchased at the initial release of the EVO. He said the wording was confusing prior to now, but that my EVO (purchased Jan '14) is still under warranty.

So yes, he should still be under warranty.

fyi...it looks like the sale is still going on, and it sounds like it will end at some point this month. I expect to see a lower price point (than from before the sale) going forward, but not as low as the sale. So there is still time...

Unbelievably so brother. It can use the most minuscule amount and you really feel the effects

For the larger heavier hits how much are you guys loading in each elb? And does the EVO still perform as good then compared to with a smaller sized load?

It seems .1 is an extremely popular choice but I feel like that could only produce so much vapor. But please correct me if I am wrong!

Ah got the reply, just a bunch of otjers ahead of me from the weekend backlog as expected, being taken care of with a return label for evo and the tube. Once they're on the way to them, they'll send out a replacement to me right away. Hopefully I won't have too much down time without, its making for a great go to already... I got my whip kit today worked awesome at lunch

Combusted at dinner!!! Was not the EVOs fault though. I was excited to use my new whip, but I typically vape on my couch. Earlier when I used it, I set it up on my dab counter. So I pulled over an ottoman to use as a table....bad idea! Evo sinks too much in the ottoman and promotes restriction through my intake on the bottom. Consequentially, explains my first hit not being milky at all, and my second hit combusting :/ a bummer but the whip is in ISO now. Couldn't rid that smokey taste on rinsing. Worked great though when I used it initially and tasted awesome out my rig.

On the subject of Jeff, he was great when I dealt with him

Roughest part will now be a couple days without Evo, bc damn its nice to come home to after work now that I'm getting the rich flavors and all... Not that others can't take up the challenge but oh you guys know
