i gotta say, that pic of all the hoppers lined up looks sexy AF. I'm not sure how i feel about the stainless clip with the color. I like it on some, but on others i think it might be kinda odd.
I am thinking specifically of the one i ordered, a dark grey. Now that i know the whole thing isn't going to be one color, i'm tempted to either order a better looking color, or downgrade to plain Ti.
With so few photos, it's hard to make an informed choice.

Also, i wonder what the low-cost external charger is.

I like it with the green, it's a subtle difference, but I could see it being unpleasant for the dark grey...

This is a great update. Once I receive my IGG stainless, I'll def be ordering a bronze or green (or both?!) Can't wait....

Has anyone noticed that on Ti models the transition between the body and the mouthpiece is not so smooth? And there are differently sized gaps on each...

Looking at it closely, I don't think they're actually differently sized, I think it's just the difference in relief based on the relative shades of colors...

Great update! Let's hope week's end holds up on tgat pcb quote - next week could be the start of shipping if it does.
Do we know where their PCB manufacturer is located? US or China? Could be the difference between parts arriving mid-late next week or in the second half of the month (worse case next month). However they arrive, they still have to test the new parts and complete assembly blah blah blah. So no ship date is no ship date, but if they're really down to one setback and able to complete Hoppers themselves while they wait, that's pretty encouraging.

I find it encouraging that they've apparently had no faulty units so far. That speaks to a pretty high level of craftsmanship, I'd think

The edges almost look serrated to me. The one on the far right looks tightly put together. I'd pay $5 more for that one.

agreed.
But I mean, the thing is, the dark grey looks almost black in this new photo, but the one from the last update, it was a much lighter, rather bland grey. Also, in this new photo, the bronze looks WAY different than in the one from the previous update. It's hard to know what i'm getting.

Yeah. I like that they seem to have a wide range of color tones, though, depending on the light. I feel like it'll be interesting to just move it slowly and let the light play off of it.

All i can see are little tiny sadfaces made by the air holes and the seam between the mouthpiece and body.

How many inches L x W is the GH? Like it's not as a big as the Imag Plus or maybe its the size of the Storm/X-max?

0.55in/W X 5.50in/L Edit: Interesting side note, I think, is that I've seen people on here complaining that the hopper looks too big for a normal pen, but in my search for a suitable case, I've discovered that most pen cases for quality, ballpoint and similar type pens are sized for at least a 6 inch long pen. It probably is somewhat wider than a normal pen, though.

Thanks Kalessin, I searched the thread first but nothing turned up. Once a user review drops from one of you guys then I'll order one of these bad boys.

Anyone here a holiday backer willing to forgo the official charger to get their hopper early? I see there's 123 holiday backers total on IGG.

So @baltik, are you going to email Trevor and request your GH be shipped without a charging cable or wait until they get some in? I am also wondering if an early holiday backer does request to have their GH ship sans charging cable; will the charging cable be shipped at a later date? I'm leaning towards yes. Also, is this "low-cost external charger" going to be made widely available at a future date?
This was a great update IMO, it is probably the best one because if you are lucky enough to be an early holiday backer then you can order one, albeit without a charging cable but at least you can order one. And this means other people will be able to give their take on it.
I also have to give Matt and Trevor a pat on the back for not using @BuzzDanklin's un boxing review in their update. It was nice not to have too much filler/fluff in this one.

Taking one for the team, just emailed in. I'm gonna take a guess that they're using ICR 14500 cells (high drain, 750mAh)....shouldn't be hard to find an appropriate charger. These are used in a lot of ecigs/mods.

Will update when I get my unit! I'm gonna order a Ti unit as well anyway so it's not a big deal if I don't have a fancy charger...

As soon as I get my unit I'll do my best to do a quality review. I own an extensive collection of portables to compare to, so I'm super stoked. IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING GUYS!

@BuzzDanklin Can you confirm or deny the existence of a gap in the seam between the mouthpiece and the body of the Ti, compared to the SS?

I do not have a different sized gap between them. Maybe it has to do with the angle/lighting?
