Absolute truth.

The water path is great but the flavor is just incredible with direct.
Not grinding.
I'm just leaving it on 7 or a bit under from my first session to the time I go to bed.

luvdavpe I love water path vaporizing.
However the dry path is so sweet.

I played around last night with my glass screen and set up a dry passage.

This was very powerful and the effects were a bit sedating. Almost too much.
Level eight with the Glass screen to heat everything up. Very sweet however a little over medicating.
Nice to mix it up however I will go back and do this dry path again with just FLOWERS made into a pellet and no screens. I like the lower temperature between 6 - 6.5. 7 max.

There are so many ways to Vaporize with the NANO.

The way it comes is enough.

I'm just pushing the envelope to find my sweet spot.

Photos of my follies:

I don't drink soft drinks however craving some liquid cold and sweet.

Our Nano jingles now, too. I think it is a mechanism of the wood drying completely, and shrinking just slightly from the inner liner. Just noticed it last night, as a matter of fact.

After vaping, I am a huge fan of Kombucha, or Coconut water. Very healthy, and very thirst quenching.

Coconut water is other beverage I love!
Vaping with my NANO makes me thirsty!

Wood being a natural material can be unstable.
That's why many manufacturers use plastics.

However the look of wood is more SOULFUL!

If it wiggles so what!

If it works I'm a Happy Camper!

Yeah, I don't mind the jingle, just wanted to make sure it wasn't a sign of something awry inside. My Zap always had a jingle to it as well that would diminish as the wood heated and expanded. Just part of the log vape experience, it seems, and that's fine. I'm glad to hear it's not just mine.

ataxian how's the j-stem working for you. I'd be really interested and I'm thinking about ordering some of those glass screens as well.

Other than some minor tweaks I don't see how we can get a plug-in log-style much better, if at all than the eNano so I'm looking for more stem innovation. For instance two glass honey-comb screens instead of one about 7 or so mm apart with the holes out of align. That would take care of any small bits of material that might get through and even cut down on the dustyness. Or a stem with a bulge to serve as a chamber, or swirls/loops/twist, or small tubes inside the tube for hot air channels... anything to lengthen or provide more area for vapor prior to inhale. This could be done creatively without making the stem that much longer or cumbersome.
Anyway I'm looking forward to some real stem innovation.

And no, there are no glass blowers in my area.

luvdavape the SHERLOCK stem (j-stem) is pretty smooth.
If you like glass like I do?

This NANO is needing to be photographed tomorrow morning.

The strain of cannabis: GOD'S GIFT is way too strong.
I like the GSC the best.

I will show you a screen concept that seems to work pretty well!

I took the smallest glass daisy in order to do this.
Turned up to level 8 with the glass barrier.
The taste was pretty sweet however GOD'S GIFT taste pretty nice anyway.
This strain as a strong couch lock!

Thanks for the pics ataxian.
I've got my water path taken care of. I'm looking for a similar more convenient experience.
What I'd really love to see is something similar to a one-piece j-stem (Sherlock). No GonG or adapter needed. The more universal stems are, the more that's likely to happen.
I thinks all stems should be glass screened. Why are we even seeing the ones with screens? So inferior.
Plus I'm surprised that we haven't seen a stem with two honeycombs offset.
Something like this:
=====|==|===========================
bowl====screen==screen============stem======
The above are glass screens (holes do not align)
This is a very common flow control/baffle system and will take care of 99% of material, cut down on the dust and perhaps even aid a small bit to further cooling.

This is actually one of the more conservative and obvious designs. I've thought of many others and think this is a ripe market for a glass blower.
The fact that Andy made the eNano so other log-style stems will fit is a big deal and hopefully will lead to some stem innovation. AND they don't need to be expensive.

Almost there...
Lost count of how long i have had my Nano...
Still performs like the first time and it does this every time!
No rattle for me luckily, my heater is still rock solid!

The only issue i had with mine was the screen on the heater tube was pushed down on one side.
I tried to move it but only succeeded in moving it further down...
Last night i ground a pin down and managed to move it back into place!!!

Apart from that non issue it has been superb!!!
Love the no grinding and the temp control!

My usual number is 6.3 if that makes any sense!
I turn it to 6 and then move a further 3 little V's.
Tried it on 7 on Saturday afternoon and it put me in a coma sleep for a few hours!!!:freak:
Think i will stick to 6.3 in the future as i can still function normally at that heat!

I haven't been back to update everyone in a while, too much working. Anyways, I received everything from Andy, and everything has worked great. He sent me a few extras and I do appreciate it!

Wow, is this thing tasty. It took a couple days to get used to it and figure out the perfect settings, but wow, once you do, this thing is amazing. My wife and I have just using the all glass stem and loving it.

Glad you like it!

I want to spend my $ on other things besides vaporizers.
Kind of like people who live in a trailer and drive a Brand New Car?

For the money the NANO is a very smart purchase.

Kushmangoes

Glassblower
Glass Blower

White Widow OG flavor galore!
I'm about to pull the trigger on this as soon as I figure out how much money I have left after a few days of my girlfriend being in town but I was wondering how you could compare this to the vriptech as far as vapor production and quality goes

The VRIP is flavor city.

For both flavor and vapor the NANO does the job well.
The price of a NANO with a GonG was like $187 including postage.

So excited, my converter has finally arrive from China, so am planning to have my first nano session tonight.
I plugged it in and the unit seemed to warm up fine, I do have a question though, am I right in thinking that the nano has no boost switch like the f2? and that the only means of changing the temperature are through the dial on the cable?
looking forward to tonight anyway.

Correct, the only way to change temps is to turn the dial.
Heating up to the next level does not take very long at all!!!

Wishing you a High flying adventure tonight!

Fellow uk nano user here, yep no boost on the nano just the dial I usually have mine a shade over number 6 on the dial and that gives great taste and clouds.
