I love Velvet Underground. I saw them back in '68 or 69' at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit. What a show... God..... that's the second time today you've put me in the "way back machine" and made me think of old concerts Tweek.

At least you had some great concerts. Not much going on these days to my liking I have managed to see Kiss, AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, The Guess Who, and Rush which was great!

His swagger was great, but not as good as Janice Joplin's. Now there was a gal who liked to party.

There used to be an old mansion owned by Gar Wood, down on the Detroit river. It was an abandoned mansion of sorts and had become a major party hangout after the concerts. A visit from Hell's Angels wasn't unheard of there either. I was there one night when Janice partied there. Let's just say she was the "belle of the ball." Emphasis on balling.
