zainy.net is saying they are waiting on parts to come in before shipping my order, which was placed almost two weeks ago. That's the only update I have. I'm wishing I wouldn't have bothered with this pen for flowers and concentrates. I'm thinking solo or ascent for a portable and make sammies with flower and concentrates.
The pens to be released by 7th floor are totally different than the cheap electric cigarette versions you see that look exactly the same on the internet.
The 7th floor pen has proprietary modifications that the cheap electric cigarette versions don’t have that allow a variety of legal MMJ products to be used with the pen; oils, dry herbs, and wax or bubble stuff.
Also, the display is not just to show if it is on or off; you can monitor how your medicine is working based on keeping track of usage and dosage.
The reason you got such a general email response, I’m sure, is because the pen with the final modifications has not been released and they’re trying hard to get it out. If you’re lucky enough to live in Colorado there are a couple glass shops in Colorado Springs carrying the pen now, with mods, but not the ‘final’ mods, that work just fine.
It is a great little device I highly recommend, I have a friend who has been using one for several weeks now and I just got mine this weekend… whoohooo!!! Everyone who tries it LOVES it. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer and the newest version will be out.

My question is, being that the "cheap electric cigarette versions you see that look exactly the same on the internet", came out first, why does the 7th Floor version look incidental to it? The answer to this question seems like a good place to start, eh?
One other question. Are you affiliated with 7th Floor?
7th Floor is an upstanding company(from what I see) with great products so I doubt they're trying to be underhanded here. Possible reasoning for the similar appearance could be, since that design is widely used, that it's cost effective and perfectly suited to their ideas for this vape.
All just speculation til it's in the hands of a contributing member here.

They don't just look similar. They look identical.
They may be purchasing OEM parts and reworking them to their specs, but being that they DO look identical, 7th Floor is going to have to make a clear distinction between them and what differentiates theirs from Atmos.
Perhaps, but if I've learned one thing in life, that's to sit back and remain neutral until all the facts are in.

I am NOT affiliated with 7th floor- a good friend of mine knows them and turned me onto it.
From what I understand 7th floor designed the cigarette pen (that looks the same) and sold the licensing on the basic cigarette pen with NO mods. The Mods are proprietary and those pens with mods will ONLY be soldby 7th floor. That is what I understand but do not want to speak out of turn for 7th Floor so take it with a grain of salt as second hand info.

These pen vapes have been around for awhile. I can't imagine that 7th Floor started it all and is just now deciding to get back into the game. It looks like an Atmos Raw as well as half a dozen other pen vapes. They may have some kick ass mods they are going to add to the design, but I need to know more. How are these out there and being used when you can't purchase them yet? Why were they selling on the website for like a day and then vanished from the site? Why did I get such a generic non informitive answer when I asked about the product?

Like I said, it was second hand info and to take it for what it was worth; never claimed 7th floor designed the vapo PEN. There are several different styles & brands and it's kind of outlandish to say they designed the vapo pen in general.
The pen that is sold by 7th floor, does things the other pens don't. Even if they look exactly the same on the outside they aren't; 7th floor pens have mods the others don't. So if you buy a cheaper one on the net thinking it's the same thing or will perform the same, I'm just saying it's not and it won't.
I was looking up additional info on my new pen this morning and came across this thread and figured I'd add my .02. No April fools till tomorrow.

mtnchld, you should totally take some pictures/videos of it and post them here. You'd be the first and would help a lot of people here decide if it's worth keeping in mind or not...
No need to be inflamatory, that's just rude and certainly not any way to get what you want.
As far as posting ANYTHING prior to it's release I will have to get the OK from the powers that be. I am not interested in stepping on toes at 7th Floor; as far as posting pics of the specific MODs and describing them, that is proprietray information and up to 7th floor to release. Sorry but I must be respectful of 7th Floor. If you owned a company and worked so hard on modifications you wouldn't want someone spilling the beans for the whole world to copy you, now would you?
I will ask permission and respond next weekend.. Where I work during the week i don't have internet and am on my way there now.
Isn't that their first ever vape though? As far as I know, they only make pure gold and other such products.
