Thank you I love this stem and that's good to know. I just removed the glass tube. Had to twist it pretty hard and was a bit afraid of cracking the glass but it's all good. So let's clean that stem.

If it is a bit hard to remove, you can wear a plastic/latex glove, it can help a lot!;)

ive grown up in hawaii with hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanos and tsunamis, Ive heard the gun shots while growing weed in the pines of California. I road freight trains through Central America. thank for for my M as it kept me calm during my first midwestern tornado.

I think I hit all the big natural disasters.

Understood.

Would be attractive if the glass is integral to the stem. Just me, I guess. ;)

Form, and function. :)
Eye of the beholder an all..

I'm sure (if requested) @Aezhenn could make a longer stem that would cover the glass fully.. only issue is you'd have to poke the insert out from the tip end if you wanted to remove for cleaning :)

I don't like wood in my mouth or airpath tbh. This is a Glass Charlie stem inside a home made oak sheath. This was directly inspired by @Aezhenn fine works.

I really like the fact that its inert cooling glass all the way , fits in to an 14 or 18 mm rig, can be taken apart to clean and when you place it down the glass or tip never touches the table.

Lotta love for @davesmith for the stem's and @Aezhenn for the inspiration!

Kinda weird, but that instagram account is private.
Charlie is a family man and has some personal stuff on there.

They are in transit. I am hoping they land this week. I will get a listing up here soon. Same price as the others.

These look great :)

I'll be picking one up for sure :)

Just got myself a 2019M on the way for fun as I needed to order a maintenance kit (need spare o-rings for my OmniVong); got the OmniVong not long ago, and was out of town for a week, and the overall experience with it for flower, along with the @Pipes induction heater (PS Mini), make for a good portable setup. Used it quite a bit and found myself getting back into flower for portable needs along with my OmniVong ... just so nice and smooth and very convenient and works to fill the gap and tide me over when I'm away from home base where my rosin is :)

First time I've used any real quantity of flower (except when in Jamaica) for well over a year. Maybe even 2 now?

Had an interesting experience today. Crops are being harvested locally. Was asked to
Help trim buds. :leaf:

Spent a few hours doing so. Chilled, with some beers, and cured sativa, while shooting the breeze.

Sixty buck$, and a half oz of the sativa, for a couple of hours work under the Fall sun.

My “M” is gonna be busy tonite, @ataxian! :spliff:

Seems fitting my 100th post is asking for advice... I'm sure that's what my first post here was ;)

I just bought a glass adapter/stem, but when I try to take my cap off the tip comes out too. Do I need some different o-rings or something? Or is there a trick to prevent that from happening?
