Oh I was thinking they had implemented the o-rings. My newer mp is much more snug than the one that originally came with my phase 2 unit.

If they have they haven't told anyone here ...see i had opposite experience...... Mp was still loose....had to do my bump method to seal good.....

I have to say that when they send me my second unit, they sent as well new o-rings. I told them I had some issues with the old ones and they took care of me.

Is there any chance, that you will establish a distribution in Europe for service? I know, that you have an agreement with vaposhop but I bought from namastevapes and they only take care for a year. Also they changed it to only half a year nle

It's a perfect fit on top. They're curved and putting the curved side facing down on top of the load is how I do it.

I have to say that when they send me my second unit, they sent as well new o-rings. I told them I had some issues with the old ones and they took care of me.
Regarding this, my mp was loose till I removed the ring which is closest to the bottom of the mp, well inserted again and no more fitting problems. In love with my unit! Only downside is battery life.

Hi folks, first post... sorry it's not a good one.

Received my Square Pro today. Long story short... loose mouthpiece and old firmware. I did a firmware update with a FAT32 drive and when I went to turn it on afterwards, it bricked. No response from any combo of button presses or plugging in. Is RMA and waiting my only option?

Thanks for any advice.

OK, just got my baby back and I'm not sure whether I should be celebrating or crying.

My square worked great until it just stopped heating. No issues.

Well they sent me a brand new one! This might be awesome or terrible. It started charging right away. I'll let you guys know in a bit

Ok, call it what ever you like, but this first hit combustion is bullshit! I haven't kept track and won't, but I'm thinking it's about one pod in 6-8 that get me, and they're all finished in the same session they're started.

Increase my heat up time by 2 seconds to work thru this, but once it's green, I should be able to go, not needing to peer into a screen to see if it's really ready!

I keep starting to get into a rhythm with this thing, and I combust, and it kills it.

Other than that, this thing can rip when it's all aligned and clean, just increase the haptic feedback a bit.

But please, no more combustion :puke:

It would help to keep the light on the color (temp) your set too, from the now permanent Default blue

I'm not sure if this was directed towards me, but I know my temps, it's all good. I see benefits to the lights as they are now, and with what you're suggesting, either works for me.

My issue is solely with the heater firing at max past it going green, it's instant combustion, something a regulated vape should not do unless I use an excessive temp, I don't.

Even though this is a regulated vape, I treat it like an unregulated one when using it. Drawing and sensing the vapor a few seconds before it should go green helped my experience with the square and helped me avoid combustion on the very first hit.

Did you turn the vape on? I start the program, plug in the vape, then turn the vape on and it recognizes.

And just because the light is blue when you plug in, doesn’t mean it is turned on. You must physically turn it on before it will be recognized.

I know they have mine because of the tracking so should be in the way back soon!! Guess they waiting to know what the issue was before confirming with me they got it.

Brought this thing up to the chalet for a bachelor party over the weekend. Stars were not aligning for my boys. I had a fine grind, full pod, tamp down and set at 430. I think only 2 hits were decent out of the 4 pods. Battery drained super quick too. So I’m not too sure. But people were not impressed with it.

In my defence though, I only did iso wipes on the oven lids and the pods. I did not do a deep clean and clean between the screens. Thinking that may be the culprit. But unit still needs 1-2 prime hits before getting nice big ones.
