I hope they (finally) address the root cause of their multiple failures. I am amazed they haven't gone bankrupt. Yet. From a customer service standpoint, hopperlabs needs to do some growing up.
Yep, YET! Hope they can stand cost pressure. >50% returns within the first year after sale (at least regarding the hoppers sold by VDNM) is way to much to deal economically. If they aren't going bancrupt atm it nothing means. ATM I wouldn't buy a new hopper bc of this realistic danger.
