Arizer Solo

I plugged it in again last night and this morning all the pretty lights were lit and it seems to be completely charged. Weird!

That happened to one of mine this year, I think I just ran it too flat and it had to rest for a couple of days to regain a bit so it could take a charge. It's a nice feeling when it comes back!

I do like the NLE version of the OG.
But like 20-30 bucks more and you can get a solo2 which is improved on so many levels.
I see no reason to buy a new or even used Solo1 anymore.
Unless its 60-70$.

Great. My money's still on the charger. "Problems that go away by themselves come back by themselves" you know. And usually at the least convenient time?

IMO the Solo didn't fix itself (and was never really at fault), the charger is marginal and will cause problems if you give it enough chances.

Thanks for the good news, good luck with it. We all know a working Solo is a nice thing to have around the house......

I know a guy who was complaining his Solo was losing power a couple of months ago, and I don't think he's the type to replace a battery pack.... when I see him I'll bring it up. I have a bunch of brand new 18650 cells out of laptop batteries and a very tech savvy friend so may be able to either help him out or get a 4th Solo for cheap.

Ordered a solo as my first vape from PoTV and it just arrived, anybody know what the average temps are for each setting? Kinda surprised they didn't provide any documentation with the unit and I don't see any info on arizer's site, so if somebody can point my blind ass in the right direction I'd appreciate.

That being the case you should fit in really well around here then! Welcome to the Forum and all the fun. Lots of good folks with experience and advice to share.

Great choice on Solo, BTW, but I guess you already know that.

The steps are 9 degrees F, 5 degrees C apart. Significant, but not huge steps. I recommend you start around step 4 (seems most popular) then experiment a few steps each way to find what you like.

Solo II does flavour a little better I think. I feel like the way the oven stays at temp during a pull gets a more thorough extraction with each pull.

Aĺl things being equal (draw speed, load, draw size,number of draws...) the Solo II will achieve a deeper extraction.

And then the OG.
