Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

Any one else have tar build up in their vapexnail? I just poked out the shiny black build up that's been growing enough to almost block the opening off and to my surprise the stuff is rock hard and brittle. I'm wondering if that's just some weird issue with the extracts I'm using or if it's normal. It reminds me of the resin I used to scrape from pipes, just rock hard.

The bottom of my bamboo (on the outside of the unit) gets reclaim buildup on it.

Then I think you may be using too much concentrate per nail...

I'm not sure if that counts as reclaim...
Doesnt it have to be condensed vapour to be called reclaim...???

If you have builduo at the bottom of the bamboo, id say that was excess spillage...

@cmoney do you have a pic... ???
I don't get hard black brittle build up???

Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on my defective Evo I received in January.

I reached out to planet vape who contacted vapexhale on my behalf. Vapexhale reached out to me within a day and shipped me a new unit in a little over a week. I could not be happier with their prompt and polite customer service. From my experience they are right up there at the top of the industry in this regard.

As for the Evo, well it does exactly what I had hoped. Because of the narrow airpath and screens used, I was expecting a similar extraction to an elbow packed extreme q, but smoother with better taste and overall a higher end experience (if this makes sense). For me this is exactly what the Evo delivers. Dense, heavy hitting vapor perfect at night, and great for small loads during the day.

Because I prefer convection, I typically get much better vapor output with a heavy indica (Kush) than with sativa dominant strains. This has changed with the Evo. Never have I got so much enjoyment from strains like lemon wreck and girl scout cookies!

Another thing that has impressed me about the Evo is how well it works with small amounts of concentrate. Whether it's a small dab in the vapexnail or Keif in the elb, this vape works flawlessly with great (and fast) vapor production.

One thing I'd LOVE to see, is the same exact design with a bamboo and elb twice as wide to allow for larger loads (I know I'm probably the minority on this one!!)

Civilization is everything I hoped it would be!!!

This is really, really, great news. From the sound of things we will be busy soon . . ..

I got a Vapexhale last month with Turbine Hydratube.
I notice I get a very sore dry throat the morning after I vape the night before.

I'm wondering if getting a Honeycomb Hydratube will help with that?

When I used my regular water bongs I didn't get that sore or dry the next day.

Everyone is different, but most folks find vapor through water generally helps with harshness of vapor in the throat. It's definitely worth trying.

This is a very good tip of the day. The only improvement I would make to it is to use my patented EZLoader. By inhaling the meds into the ELB, you get the perfect pack with absolute control. Easy, peasy, lemon squeeezy . . . . ;)

Haha my LSV dry wand has been repurposed into an ELB loader. It gives you the perfect pack every time.

This is huge news, I'm surprised this hasn't had more response...

Wish I was part of the beta team...
One day maybe, when there are some UK manufacturers...

So are you guys sworn to secrecy, or can you leak details to us common folk.....???

Is this a guarantee that a new evo is on its way???

How long was the last testing time????
Weeks???
Months???
Years???

Wow another one ? That sounds great, I'm hoping they might have a portable unit as part of the line-up. It's good to know early, I can start saving now.

Also, I received back my repaired EVO today by Fed Ex. The repair set me back 130usd ( 60 for the repair and 70 for shipping ), but they were quick and highly efficient in completing the repair and getting it back to me. I'm so glad and grateful to VXL. Thanks for the encouragement and reassurances, this is a happy day for me. :)

I need a reminder to actually use the damn EVO when I intend to. Nothing like waiting for it to heat soak, the next thing you know you go to it & it's flashing. Has it really been an hour? Damn!

How good is dghate what is it Chinese knock offs of the real thing. Cause I saw they have mobius pecies def want to get one. Is stuff on there worth it
Check out the cheap glass thread in the glass section for some solid info , but yes there are some knock offs and some of there own designs , mostly made with cheap glass at a cheap price not to say some are bad as there are some nice functioning pieces. You will wait anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive in the mail , some things are worth the price if cheap glass is what your looking for but i recommend some quality American glass. I have bought many pieces off dhgate and they never impressed me like my quality glass , so now i try not to purchase from them.

Is this a bad time to invest in a vapexhale?

Its extra money season, and my VAS is starting to kick in, i currently have a boundless CFX, enjoy it through water. Ive had it a few weeks and really used it as a test to see if vaping could replace smoking for me (It can!). My buddy will be buying that off me soon and i was looking for something that functions better than that, considered the e-nano but this seems to be a more versatile unit for not too much more, using the $100 off coupon.

I see that theres some talk of testing so now im concerned i might be buying a unit this month and looking to upgrade again in a few months when it gets updated.

More detail on this? What is a WEMO?
A Wemo is a smart plug made by belkin, I'm guessing theyre using it to power their device on and off, and though i dont own that model and am not exactly sure what their setup is, you can design some intricate things with these smart home devices where the device could give you a reminder x minutes after having been turned on, or any other number of things.

i currently use a similar solution to turn my enail controller box on and off as i come and go from the house.

Ah, yes, I know what a WeMo switch is, I wasn't sure if this was something special. Neat, a good idea. I already have smart plugs and whatnot.

Thanks.

I wouldn't worry man , Evo is a great machine , one of the top desktops imo. If they are coming out with something new it probably will not be for awhile , it is definitely worth it to grab one now. I honestly don't think they are making a new desktop , possibly a portable and maybe some accessories for the desktop, who knows . I don't see much they can improve on besides minor things.
