Short answer: Yes.

:8mm seems to be a good spec.
My digital calliper measures the mating end of the tip (to the body) at the very edge at 7.95mm, but the o-ring groove is 6.4mm
The o-ring measures 1mm thick (hard to be exact with it since it's soft, but 1mm seems about right).
So a tip would probably slide straight out of anything larger than 8.4mm diameter, though you do want some grip.
I ordered a titanium tube which ID spec is 8mm. It measures 7.95mm and good tight fit.
My crowned woody has 8.05mm ID with a good fit.
A glass stem I have measures 8.05
Dynavap Ti Body, 7.98mm
And my damascus, 8.01mm, all with a good fit.
so it seems trying to get those o-rings snug anywhere from 7.95mm (abs min) up to about 8.1mm, depending on your material, is the right way to go.

Have made it thru the most recent ~100 pages...and am *now* trying to pack as much into my initial order as possible (a 'Happy Social Security' present to myself).
The dugout/one-hitter combo has been my preferred method since the late '70s, with 'pipes' as my preferred alternative (never mastered rolling...). I've been looking for a reasonable vapor alternative to batteries, coils and tanks, mixtures, and Dynavap has found me square in their sights. Looking at these tiny beauties gives me a real shiver of appreciation, and reading all the enthusiasm & 'watching' the development process roll on has been a joy. So happy to have read so much great commentary and conversation, and become familiar w/ @Squiby, @TheVaporist, @Phatpiggie, @Alexis, @Joaon, @Hogni & so many other great new voices! - and to see so many folks from 'around the FC'!

As I worked my way thru, I kept a list of questions, and have managed to find answers to all of them but these: will an Omni or Woody fit into a dugout (guessing yes)? Will a 14mm vong fit in a dugout (guessing no)? Is a vong useable as-is without a water piece (guessing yes again)?
I only ask because I have a couple of 'em already and I'm sure that as wood availability changes I'll see Dynastashes I like better than the ones I see in their shop right now, and I don't want to hold up my order longer than I have to waiting.
Also curious if the Ti is medical-grade (due to conversations about nails)?
Hat is OFF to George and Matt and Jason and whoever else they've got helping to pull this along. Thanks to them for the brilliance they've brought to their enterprise - and thanks to (and for) the widening circle 'Cappers!

Yes.
A Dynastash will accommodate any 3.5 inch long vapcap with a girth of 14mm or less. The models that fit this description are:
OG Vapcap
Ti Woody
Ti Woody S
Ti VonG
Ti VonG S Skinny 14mm
Omnivap
The longer Dynastash XL accomodates the longer XLS Vapcaps which are 4.25 inches long. The models are:
Ti Woody XLS
Ti VonG XLS
The only model that will not fit ANY Dynastash is the 18mm VonG.
Absolutely. That's how I use mine. The midsection is just a cover, be it a body stem or VonG. The VonGs have the added durability of having a 2mm thicker wall compared to the straight bodies and stems but retain the beauty of the wood.
I sometimes just give it a little squish between 2 finger, then use my nail or something get underneath, and give a twist.
I usually use the tip of some needle nose tweezers. Carefully get one of the ends under an o-ring, then give it an angle to lever it over the lip while slowly turning/moving the tweezer tip around or twist the the tip or something.. just gently and carefully, then the ring just pops off / down.
Just rinse and dry everything, all good. longer soaking the rings isn't recommend though.

It's rinsed and drying now after a short ISO soak.

@stark1 I'm not keen on the Ti MP shape, the metal wouldn't bother me if it were a different shape. I'll put an idea to George and see what he thinks.
I have been asked to do a flat wooden MP, like a wooden pipe or the Agate one I had.

I've only had my omni for two weeks and a woody for 3months I fully close the carb on my woody and the restriction is very tight you may think you are getting no vapour but I always vape under kitchen spot lights so I know there is loads of vapour
I just cover carb pull on it two or three times then open the carb to add some air and boom massive cloud
The omni works exactly the same but you can restrict the amount of air you add at the end of your pull
Ime not a cloud chaser I now you don't need to see anything to get an effect and mostly if you can see clouds your proberbly not being most efficient with your herbs but the vapcap is sutch a beast it's hard to get no visable vapour
It's so efficient any way so you
Can cloud chase all you want as long as you fuck combustion who cares

After experimenting with feathering the carb on my VonG, I can definitely see the appeal of being able to set the airflow to your preference. With the OG I kept the carb closed, but with the VonG I can let in just a bit of air and get some massive clouds. An Omni is next on my list for sure.
So it's not my camera that sucks... just the cameraman haha

I remember someone talking about natural crack inclusions on their dynastash. Can't remember who and can't find the post, (this thread moves so fast!) but my burl has a few as well. Seems fairly common with burl woods. I personally love the character it adds to it.

So, my CCD went flying while I was attempting to clean the tip. Can't go without it but what am I to do?
I just used a basket screen from my stainless steel log vape and it's good to go.
It was kind of cool being able to adjust the screen, but it felt more like a novelty since the basically handles any size. It's handy, sure, but not essential for my use.
I'll order some of the titanium CCD screens soon. But for now, l'm rocking a basket screen.

I've lost another OG body 
dropped it because I didn't return it to the tube. I've had a total of 6 body's and now down to 2. Since March it's been my one and only daily driver always an extra body, condenser tubes and cap close by.
My one big struggle has been the OD diameter on the different bodys, some have had a higher air flow under the cap. Others tighter restriction and one required filing down. I do enjoy the glass, yes fragile, but that's all I've known for the longest. The TI caps are lovely and have a huge selection but I wouldn't know where to start at this stage.
Are there any TI models that are compatible with any glass condenser tubes in the place of a SS tube? I do enjoying harvesting the reclaim of the glass condenser tubes.

If you get a glass stem and Ti tip it will work with a glass condenser and soft mp but it won't fit in the tubes.
Do you have the new or old style glass condenser?
It's what I have known for the longest even in the times of combustion, I would prefer it in glass than any other method. Perhaps I've been closed minded.
I have the old eye dropper OG tube, a turbulated tube and the recent blunt tip tube.

I,too, like glass. The look and feel seems just right. But fragile it is.
(Mismatched diameters, not a fall)
I have a few glass bodies in reserve, just in case.
Have you considered putting some slightly larger sized O-rings ( hardware store ) around the glass, as bumpers, to soften a fall. Or a partial sheath.
As you said, the best insurance is a carry case/tube while on the go. But, accidents do happen.

Hello Dyna VapCap Users, I've been looking for a discreet unit I could take with me because what I'm using now is portable but not very discreet. So after lurking on here I decided to try a VapCap, I pulled the trigger and ordered a TiGlassy yesterday for an entry into to the VapCap world 
Is the TiGlassy very versatile? Can I add stuff like a wood or a carbon fiber stem etc... What exactly can I do with it? What size pieces will fit it? What pieces can I add to it later is what I'm asking.

I was off for a some holidays on the slopes, and I gave my Omnivap some rough situations to handle!
But before, I'm truly happy to see so many newcomers these days, taking the DynaBoat!
This year will certainly be a huge step forward for the vapcap with all the improvements that George will bring, the beautiful work of @phattpiggie that never cease to impress by its ingeniosity and beauty and I'm not even mentioning the WoodScents of @Ed's TnT because it may cause major VAS attacks

Although, hats off for Nick, the Dynavap's webmaster @Web&App for coming here, nice and rare on a forum like FC, but coming from Dynavap that's almost normal ahah!
Then hats off George @VapCap for all the new videos, newcomers will love the heating video and the torch refilling one!
This thread is worse than a black hole, one week off and that's almost a dictionary that I've to read ahah!

It was obviously awesome, we had a great time with my wife, full sun all days and the temperatures was good ( worse temp was -15°c).
The Carbon Omnivap was here, and was as awesome as the slopes!
It takes a lot of times to heat it at - 15°c, almost one minute with my single torch, but it work as great as on the beach, better yet, it's warming you up!
The lack of oxygen at high altitude (3200 meters in my case) can take you even quicker to the edge of combustion (pyrolyse effect) and the first time it was very close, but when aware of that, this is gonna send you even faster to the moon!
And in this trip the best friend of my Omnivap was my special hiking torch.
Here is a little family picture on the slopes, and as you can see, even my skii are aware of the power of the vapcap!
(sorry for the picture quality, didn't take the time to take a better one as times on the slopes are pricey ahah!)
This lighter is a beast, it works up to 3600 meters height (can confirm that it works at 3200m where my cheap torch can't), it lights up directly out of my pockets at - 15°c, and it's completely windproof thanks to a little resistive wire that keep the flame alive without changing his color, and it's even emiting some light (about half of a match) allowing you to heat the vapcap in a complete darkness.
Maybe @kellya86, you will want to take a look at it, for your lighter in cold weather
