For instance, in the car (please let's not discuss the morality of this in this thread) or on a walk in urban/residential areas.

I've been debating whether it's even worth it to bring a poker and abv container while out now, since I'm so used to blowing my ABV out of the stems. It's a pain in the ass to do into anything but those muslin bags or whatever, and I can't see a good way to carry one of those around without it being stinky and messy...

Anyway - if you voted for SAVE IT, please elaborate on how, etc.

This is probably dumb and has been discussed already but o well.

Unlimited choices, but only 1 chance to make a decision. What kind of research is done with back-pedaling allowed?

I also operate under the theory that avb is still cannabis if I were to be caught. I live in a highly illegal place so don't need the worry.

Is it though.... I'm unsure.... in the UK anyway, thc is illegal, not cbd....
How much thc is really left in your avb....???

To the original question, I dump because I use a vapcap, and I choose to fully extract with it...
I doubt any thc remains from my vapcap leftovers....

I also save my evo avb to mix with a small amount (1/5) of fresh herb, to use in my vc...
Even without the fresh herb, I still get 1 good hit from my evo avb through the vc...

For the moment, I bring a container with me (Dynavap small snapstash),
but I've talked with George @VapCap for a Dynastash with ABV stash at the bottom
(with a little sliding wood door .. ;))

Here is a standard Dynastash Er:

Even if I'm in illegal country, it breaks my heart to dump Marry, even it has been vaped.
There is always some more to extact :brow:

You need to minimize what you bring or you're bound to lose something.

I dump mine as well. I'm not sure as to the legality but if caught I really would like to avoid having the debate with an officer :bang:

I'm also awful at leaving things behind so the less stuff I carry around the better for me

That's actually one thing I dislike about vaporization as far as using on the go, there are too many damn accessories. You need to minimize what you bring or you're bound to lose something.

You gotta try a Vapcap. Not only is it the best vaporizer that I have tried, but it is compact, I mean tiny, the size and shape of a cigarette. With the wood Dynastash you can hold your Vapcap and your herb and even use the silicone concentrate container that comes with the ER to store your ABV. It is similar to carrying a small pack of cigarettes.

No electronics to fail. No batteries to charge or cords to cart around and keep track of. No bits and pieces, just a lighter. Easily fitting in a pocket and very very little to keep track of or loose.

Plus it is super efficient with your herb. Can't knock that! Hahaha!

Here is a Vapcap and its Dynastash. It holds your Vapcap and herb in an opening at the end like a dugout and ABV in the silicone container insert. The magnet on top holds the Vapcap on its side as shown or upright.

This is a @Ratchett Vapcap Pouch. A softer solution. It carries your Vapcap, herb and lighter or an ABV tube. The closure is also a magnet to hold your Vapcap.

Is it though..???
A chemical reaction has taken place, and now that match is not really wood anymore..???

I dunno, it's gotta be a legal grey are a surely....

If I can prove my avb has no thc, what am I being charged with???

I think it's a very grey area. Also I'm under the impression that CBD is legal if sourced from hemp but illegal if sourced from cannabis although in my understanding hemp is just a low THC strain of cannabis?
I have a ton of AVB at home, should probably do something with it just in case. Would be an interesting test case if someone got done with a load of AVB but I don't want to be that person ;-)
I can think of lots of silly ideas but I think it just shows how irrational the law is.

I dump mine when out and about as it's a potentail liability and I don't want to take another container to put it in.

I think you'll find there is still some THC in the AVB. Might not be a lot; but there is some. The key in many states (Not the UK. I have no idea there.), has to do with "usable quantity" or "usable amount". The argument there would be the cannabis is so deficient in THC the amount of material that is a usable quantity is greater than the amount one would need for flower.

An older case from TX had 63 milligrams qualify. (Tuttle v. State, 410 S.W.2d 780 (1966)):
It is now contended that the marijuana found in the apartment was not sufficient in quantity to support a conviction.

Dr. Mason testified that the marijuana in the plastic box, State's Exhibit No. 1, weighed 63 milligrams, which was sufficient to make a very small cigarette. This quantity was sufficient to support the conviction for the possession of marijuana.
In my state, People v. Leal (1966) 64 Cal. 2d. 504, was to determine a circuit split between usable quantities or "any" amount that could be tested for. The court held:
". . .the statutory differentiation of the various crimes as well as the history of the case is culminating in Sullivan show that in penalizing a person who possess a narcotic the Legislature proscribed possession of a substance that has a narcotic potential; a condemned commodity that could be used as such. It did not refer to useless traces or residue of such substance. Hence, the possession of a minute crystalline residue of narcotic useless for either sale or consumption as Sullivan points out, does not constitute sufficient evidence in itself to sustain a conviction."

Attorneys have argued the amount must be enough to be capable of producing a narcotic effect. My state has held that is not the case. (People v. Rubacalba (1993) 6 Cal. 4th 62) saying, in part, that the argument on quantity only comes into play when the amount simply cannot be used and gave examples of a "useless trace" and a "blackened residue". "It does not extend to a substance containing contraband, even if not pure, if the substance is in a form and quantity that can be used." So, I believe the argument will generally not work here in the U.S. (However, each state would have to be determined on its own.)

The more I have become educated I have just started saving it. Think when I get around 7-8 grams I run it try a decarb and make some brownies. I hear it still has some value.

I'll dump if I'm outside, or if I'm visiting friends I just leave it there for them to do what they want with.

Is a car not legally a car if it's wrecked? Or broken down?

There is a lot of legal precedence for material continuity in spite of malfunction or destruction.

I wouldn't play around with the legality of keeping AVB on me. A lot of times Cannabis is Cannabis regardless if there is a decent amount of thc in it or not. If they are willing to count roots and stems as Cannabis when convicting a grower for a certain amount, actual bud that's just been heated for a while, should be even worse.

The tiny bit of extract you might be able to get from an already tiny dose of bud to start with, just isn't worth it to me.

Sometimes I'll dump it, but if I'm using crafty capsules I'll just keep the spent ones in a separate container. If I'm using my vapcap, I've got an extra container in my Dynastash ER 2. & since I only use the vapcap for hash, the small silicone container is more than enough space for my spent hash discs.

Lo and Behold! The transformative power of Vapor.
4. I save it in it's own vape if it is a one fill hitter like my Vapium or PAX. Also use the top screen trick on both also. Use the ELBs from my EVO in my CFX. So there is no separate container that I dump ABV in. :D
But I do keep the ELBs in a container.

Don't know how the laws play out anywhere about the illegibility of ABV, and what scenario would have to play out for say an officer to admit their ignorance about ABV, after you've carefully explained to them that what you have is no longer salable and usable in the quantity that you have. Then they wish you a good day and send you on your merry way.

Feel uncomfortable about leaving it anywhere in most cases. Eating or adding it to something I drink would be a second choice. If it is vaped till it is toasty and to a powder or crumbly, actually kinda tasty. YMMV.

I'll take a disposable oil pen and leave the vape at home, but if I'm out with it for some reason I'll cap the stem and dump it into the ABV container when I get home. Then again, I'm in California so no need to dump it.

I throw the ABV out because I use a conduction vape on the go and tend to cook the loads to death. It also gives me one less thing to dump if needed.

Don't quite understand the legal side, as if I need/want to dump ABV, it's to refill with fresh herb(if not, no need to dump, right?), so I've always a little amount of fresh grounded herb in my Dynastash/container.
The ABV will be the last of my concerns if ever I encounter cops..

Or some of you just load a single bowl for when they go outside?

:myday: You don't need to decarb if it have been vaped, you can even choose your edibles effect by selecting vaping temperature ;) (or separating low temp vaped ABV from high temp vaped one)
