That's a great video, but using gloves at the router table is bad news! I worry for your hands. Never wear gloves with any spinning power tool, the gloves can get caught and pull your hand into the blade.
Mmmmmmmmm I can smell the sawdust from here!
It is clear that the spirit of the Zion dwells within the wood body. Therefore, the Beta Team demanded perfection in every fit and finish. Upgraded saws, custom 4 station 2 HP router table, and commercial planers and sanders where required to reach the goal. A special process that glues all four pieces together during routing & sanding ensures a zero tolerance fit making the Zion the smooothest vape on the market.

Well I'll be . . .I don't have my Zion yet, but I had some free time in the shop and I've been eyeing this piece of maple for just this purpose, my Zion, glass, battery stand.

In other words, enjoyed the video on many levels.
Here's a quick and dirty video of Loki in action with my Eross 4point0 En4cer. Sorry for the bad lighting. Stay tuned, more to come. Thanks again to @Ratchett for the adaptor being used. Unfortunately this setup doesn't lend itself to horizontal video.

If only it could've happened two weeks from now... Going to have to "suffer" through some of my previous daily drivers for a bit instead unfortunately, I've been so spoiled by Zion!
Air enters the bottom thru a quarter inch diameter hole directly in line with the heater. And yes, the wood has always been declared as part of the airpath.I have a question about the airpath in the Zion. Where's does air come in from? Does it enter through the hole for the stem caddy, or is there an opening somewhere else? If the former, isn't the airpath not just SS/Glass/Mica, but also a bit of wood? Not that it would be any kind of concern, just asking for clarification.

Anyone who currently has a Zion care to make a video using the Zion through glass to appease those that are gnawing on their fingernails in anticipation ?i mean...it's the least you can do
Exactly what I just got done doing a moment ago. It's a match made in heaven.
