I'm a little confused on how to adjust the power, there is a dial I'm assuming ?vas is killing me with this one. So hard to resist. Just bought the evo as well.

Ha yeah, the dial/knob adjusts voltage, so that adjusts power and can be a solid indicator for temp stepping as well. Come on, you know you need a portable Evo too don't you?

Hey, I was pretty happy with my last Vape, but I am Sooooo happy I went for the Zion. It really does make my other vapes obsolete. I'm sure I will still use them, but in the months I have had the Zion I have barely touched them. The Zion is filling all my needs but stealth, and I suspect the 18MM Single battery unit will take care of that. And frankly, your Zion will be better than mine as you will be getting one that has been improved based on the input of the Beta Testers influence. Though I won't discount the efforts of the 4 or so Alpha testers that came before us. (Hat Tip).
We will get our new Zions that are up to spec after y'all get your orders filled. And we are in no hurry cause our Beta's ROCK!!!!

I've had my Cloud then EVO the last two years and various portables over the last 5 years. The Zion is the only portable that has been able to keep me from reaching for the EVO if I am at home. I still love my EVO and use it daily, but the Zion is so damn convenient. I always leave a fresh bowl in it and I can start getting tasty vapor in 10 seconds. Its perfect for taking on trips or just using it while moving around the house. I was working in the backyard the other day and it was the perfect companion.

@MichaelCompton the zion does not come with batteries. I have definitely read something about arizer batteries in previous post not sure if the conclusion is to stick with zion batteries or if u can interchange them. I plan to order the 4 set of zion batteries when I preorder. I plan to try my haze battery charger just to save money but might end up getting the d4 it looks really nice. The zion will be coming with 2 stems from what I have read.

Don't know if it is needed or not, but I sent oregonglassblower a note asking about modifying one of the 18mm mouthpieces to fit the zion perfectly and he quickly and politely replied that he'd do it for free, just order a mouthpiece and put the modification in the note. So I have that to look forward to! I halfway feel like my friends and I will enjoy the more pipelike experience of the longer, shaped mouthpiece and its potential cooling, but actually I just really enjoy supporting artisans who make this stuff available to us. Just fyi for those of you looking to accessorize your zion. Sadly, the mouthpiece will probably arrive before the vape!

Yup Phil got it, we actually covered this in the last few pages. No to using the Air batts, but perfect ones are on sale in the webstore, though there are other acceptable options mentioned in the thread. More will be added to the store and more info will be added to the website as well, still got some time.
So I'd say yeah, get a set of batts or even the pack of 4, plus a charger too, it adds up but is still a very nice value alltogether and you'll already be getting two stems
(plus its still on sale with lifetime warranty through the end of September!)

Works for me, and its glorious. All American wooden handcraft at work and the film style very befitting of the whole garage rock vibe. Colors sure were trippy fun this late at night lol
