Hey everyone, new to the site but not the scene. I am lucky and honored to say I am one of the first people to beta test this unit. My buddy is the lead engineer and owner of the company. There are a lot of questions people may have. I can not get into how the technology works as I am not an engineer. I am a poultry farmer lol. What I can say:

The battery life is great compared to other vapes especially considering the high heat.

The way the air flows so freely keeps the hits cool and smooth. I don't even begin to understand the regenerative cooling or whatever but it seems to work. The hits and the unit are nice a cool even after a long session.

It does heat instantly to the right temp (it does have an adjustment but I like the standard setting. When you hit that fire button and take a hit the vapor is almost instantaneous. It cools almost as instantly.

I am with some of you on the glass. I am clumsy and break my crap all the time. They will be offering metal and wood options for the mouth piece

That photo is either concept, or they are using wood-grained contact paper to cover the vape body.

Don't expect this exact look at release, IMO.

They are made from solid maple. No laminate.

I'm confused by the last part of the sentence... what high heat? Isn't it supposed to be a "CoolVape" regeneratively cooled?

More seriously can you already describe the air and vapor paths? Where do stainless steel and silver come into the equation? I hoped it worked like the bud toaster but it's not all-glass apparently...

And finally, do you have any idea of the projected retail price range?

I can only speak to my use of the unit I used. I do not know the how, when, how much etc.. I am just a heady friend that can put the hours on the units needed for proper testing.

"They" are a long list of collaborators and they are all highly trained engineers.
The batteries are Sony, yes plural.

The high heat I speak of is the heat I ASSUME is not making it to the dry herbs. Just like any unit there is heat loss. None of that "lost" heat is making it to my lungs or hands... that is what I do not get either lol.

I have used, MFB, Iolites, Vapairs, Volcanoes, Pax , Blunt and a few others..

I am not sure where the silver and ss steel are in the unit.
