You do not have to do dab sized hits... the device is relly convenient for brief pick-me-up hits too.

My bad, sorry for the delay. Been busy as hell since March, my work clothes have become my pajamas. It is going to be a little bit different, in addition to the new colors. We made the base wider, so it can more easily accommodate different batteries/atomizers. This also opens up the possibilities for modular-like upgrades in the future. We have always worked with Yocan, providing their warranty and helping with design when asked. This is our biggest "exclusive" to date, and we wanted to embrace the fact that it's base is it's center piece. The battery and atomizer are fine, but the other products that exist in this niche share the idea that proprietary is the way to go. That's a major design flaw, IMO. I love that it's a 510 adapter essentially and if I want to throw an EZ- Sai kit on it I can. I've got samples to give out, anybody interested? They ship on the 15th, so ETA is expected on/before EOM. I don't know how many I'll have, a couple at least. If there are a few interested, I'll a random.org drawing or something. No expectation for reviews, posts, videos, whatever. If you like it and talk about it, great. If there is something you don't like, that's great too. The reclaim build-up on my brain makes the obvious harder to see. Let me know if you're interested and we can figure it out. I'll probably have you email my work email so you know it's official. We are located in South Dakota and it's 1986 here still, so my boss is probably a little paranoid in regards to matters of legality. In his defense, CBD has been legal here for less than 3 months. I don't think age verification will be an issue, though. Let me know, I'll check back in next week with this account and we'll figure something out for folsk that want to try one out!

I am super interested in trying a sample, and I would be willing to make an in-depth video review and provide any feedback. I would like to test it with multiple atomizers as well, so I would be able to suggest ones that may work well.

Where at in South Dakota are you guys located? Sioux falls? I happen to be a SD resident also. Rare breed around these parts.

I got one of these yesterday. The battery doesn't seem to be holding a charge. Every time I plug the battery in to the usb c it flashes 5 times. It won't turn on at all. It would not turn on out the box so I tried to charge up but no differences. It also won't work when plugged in, as it says it should. Any ideas.

usb-c? I have 2020version and no usb-c, micro usb. Do you have the Torch XL version it has usb-c? Did it ever charge as you need to charge it before 1st use. If you can’t charge it, I look at returning it for replacement as you may have a bad battery.

My mistake. Micro usb. Yeah it seems like it doesn’t charge. Going to return it.
It’s a very small usb and I’m old so not sure what it’s called. Bloody thing doesn’t work anyway.

Seems my battery was defective. Running fine with other batteries. Should have checked first. Morning brain.
