Altho I'd advise waiting for proof of those claims before buying to be honest
The sample I have does seem to work with everything. I’ve been testing it for a while now.

It works well up to around 70 W, above that, you need to keep an eye on the battery charge level to get the max power. It’s quicker to heat than the wand.

Thanks for the insight. Could you please measure the inner diameter of the glass? That would be awesome.

I guess as we are not directly sucking on this IH material safety is of less importance.

Do you happen to know if it works with Vestratto devices? (Anvil Thermocore, Tornado)

The old flare got above 100w. I was hoping the wattage would stay constant and not fluctuate. Pretty frustrating with the CXL sometimes

Dear mods why did you combine this thread with the old one? We've already have a separate one for the 2.0: https://fuckcombustion.com/threads/yll-ih-by-yll-vape.54024/ which was not moved.
As the technical dimensions are somewhat different, a new thread would help with readability and prevent combining issues from different generations.
At least changing the thread title could help.

I'm tempted to try the 3.0 for the tornado, are you able to use 18650's (mocel P30B) in a 21700 device or will I need to get new batteries too.

One question: do you know if the YLL 3.0 works with Camouflet Convector XL and Convector V2? Thank you for your reply.
Sincerely,

I noticed the "backorder" on the website and wrote the company. They said they hope to be shipping on the 20th of July, probably a month or so before we get them at best.

Having been disappointed with v1 and very disappointed with the Flare, I think I’ll sit out the first round this time. I get tired of buying pre or newly released devices only to see a new version that works a couple months later.

+1 interested, but someone else can be the guinea pig \ beta tester this time.

Let's face it, the truth has not always been a friend to YLL.

If it works as described, one IH to rule them all - I will definitely buy one.

I´m going to be the guinea pig :lol:i placed the preorder.

Not to rule them all, at least, i think it will be underpowered for the anvil and the fusion2 (except if you use the fusion2 induction cap a FC user did, works really well on the wand). But if they removed the limiter, as Yll told me, and it can be used at 100W with the tempest, the tornado and convectors (the high magnetism devices), then it is a win win for those who use 3 Ih´s  at least for home...the size will be similar to the flare

So same size as the Flare. My Flare works with the fusion and this doesn't. Will work with the tempest, but the wand is smaller and also works with the tempest. Not seeing much reason to upgrade at the moment to be honest?

I don´t say it doesn´t work with the fusion, but it won´t reach 120W as the flare, the same for the anvil (120W was ok for the anvil, at least for the coppercore which is the one i have...and i know the thermocore wwas limited to...70W?). The wand works great with the tempest, and it is more portable, but you don´t control the watts and it works with 2x18650, which are less stable than the 21700.
im not here to encourage you to buy it, but the goal would be use an IH without adapter, being compatible with a lot of vapes without a limiter or automatic settings.
