Hey hey PIU, how're you doing?

I am really fine, Santa Claus (my "open box" solo) just arrived yesterday, with some quite nice add-ons, a pack of screens and quite a few silicone rings, thank you so much!!

I noticed the only "scratched", or probably even used part of the vape was the top screwing cap, the heater itself looks like it's never been turned on, I might be wrong. Had to do some 3 bur-offs to get rid of that robot fart..... also, the battery came completely depleted, so a full recharge and some burn-offs later I could try it out and it works flawlessly!!

It's very possible, they have had a sale every year for the last 3 years and call it the "Green Friday Sale". All PIU news and sales show up on their blog here - http://puffitupnews.blogspot.com/ - These deals do not always get emailed out or posted elsewhere, so it may be a good idea to bookmark it and check it often. Also, I recommend getting on their mailing list if you're not already.

Got my back-up $55 open box poor condition solo today......2 days....talk about warp speed shipping!!! A few scratches on the front and bottom and the up button is a bit jainky but im more than happy.....i ran a few burn-offs and put her on the charger and im going to run a few bowls through her here in a minute.....thx again @PuffItUp

For shizzle, hope the solo works out for you, it is always good to have a backup. There is no doubt that the "C Grade" units are in poor condition as far as the appearance goes. However most of them have new batteries, or batteries that have a lot of juice left in them. The stems are ALWAYS replaced with new unused pieces :)

We got a lot of emails about the open box units over the weekend. My apologies to anyone that couldn't get one in time, we usually sell out of open box units within a few hours. I have a few more left that once fully tested will be up on the website, most likely Thursday or Friday

OK, this is getting harder and harder to come up with something new and sufficiently expressive as to how excellent an experience dealing with Randy and PIU is.

I guess, simply put, you can't do any better. There seems to be no aspect of their operation that one could find fault with.

I used to do a lot of checking around and comparing prices for items I was interested in. Now the first (and most often the only) place I need to check is PIU. If they've got it nobody can do you any better.

Simply put, he and his group are good people.

Like @Sinclue said, everyone has already said everything that can be said about PuffItUp. They are the hands down, best online retailer I have dealt with. Shipping time, customer service, quality packaging; it's all there. Randy and the staff at PuffItUp seriously change the game and I urge EVERYONE to use PIU next time you shop!!

Hi there PIU,

I just noticed Brazil has been removed from the list of Countries in the "calculate shipping" drop down box from the Shopping Cart page on your website.

Is that (hopefully) some mistake, or have you (quite sadly) just changed your policy and decide not to ship anymore to this third world poor slum land location?

I have to disagree with the Slum Land part. Brazil is one of the fastest growing economies and is a beautiful area. I'm hoping to travel there soon, we have made a lot of friends over there throughout the years and I can't wait to freeload on some of their couches :-)

Anyways, we did have to remove Brazil from our list of countries. First Class and Priority are both pushing a 90% fail rate of shipping successfully to BZ so we had no choice. We are still willing to ship express to Brazil, mainly because Express is the only service that guarantees the tracking as accurate and if the package is rejected by customs they will send the package back to us. Any first class or priority packages seem to disappear on us at customs with no explanation.

If we can work out an express option, feel free to email me and i'll be happy to accommodate.
