Not sure how helpful this is, but I've gone from using about ~0.5g a day to ~0.05g every couple of days, and have passed through the mad dreams/night sweats phase - which means I effectively have zero tolerance (which suits me fine).
What's weird is my recent daily usage of lion's mane mushroom extract has taken the dreaming back to the epic levels of withdrawal, but in a much more fun and occasionally meaningful way. To the extent I deliberately dose before bed, knowing there's a treat in store later that evening (downside being occasionally becoming stuck in a hypnogogic state, which can be a bummer if I've got to be up early for work)
Anyway, I'm really pleased to have my thc usage back in it's box, and my head and memory are functioning way better than they were before I overdid the weed.
Never thought for a moment that usage could be moderated in this way, or that I could choose not to use for 3 or 4 days at a time without even thinking about using.
I'm not proselytising in any way btw. Everyone has their reasons, and I'm good with that, but for the dreamers out there, lion's mane is the bomb.
