Never bought an ounce to be honest, here in the Netherlands I can only buy 5 grams max. per day in a coffeeshop unless I contact one of the street dealers, but they don't really have good stuff compared to the coffeeshops here.. Every now and then they do have good weed but then its way too expensive.
I guess I just don't know the right people.

Me, neither. Usually a half ounce (divided into pre-measured eighths). That quantity gets me a discount at one dispensary and a 15% discount for being a senior at both dispensaries I use. Totaled it (total varies depending on the strains chosen), doubled it, and came up with what I pay per ounce that way: the $300-400 bracket, most often $320-340.

Things got fucked for me.
I now have to use places that charge much higher fees to get my stuff. Almost 10% compared to <5% before. I bought a quarter of topshelf and a quarter of topshelf smalls and it was like $200 total after fees.
I could drive somewhere that has cheaper fees but it's a 40+min drive and the trade off is barely (if at all) worth it.
I was in 200-300, but 300-400 seems more accurate for me now.

Yeah, I'd say overall the Southeast doesn't seem primed to legalize.
£190 here, $240. I never paid for any for years and years as I had and managed a few 'gardens'. Then I had a long break and shit the bed when I was told how much it had gone up to. It's a case of beggars can't be choosers as well. It's usually okay, nothing great just okay.

It was usually 9-10 Guilder for the top of the menu, not been back with Euro's but I've been told it has all gone up in price which seemed to be the trend with everything when the currency changed, except wages.

True, but some of them are not worth visiting. Besides, it would be a pain in the ass to get an ounce that way with all the traveling.
It used to be like 8 euros/gram in the coffeeshops here but nowadays the stronger batches are around 12 euros per gram. Unless you go to Amsterdam, where the stronger ones are around 15 euros per gram because of all the tourists.

Yeah, bottom of bag dime-sized nugs from large harvest. I'll post pics when I get the chance. All I managed to take a pic of was that wax so far

I would say about 70% of all my weed is little nugs, averaging in size to a half dollar to a dime. Still top shelf but I know what you mean. part of me prefers them as easy to grab one nug for evening. They just don't have the greatest aesthetic appeal

I've never bought an ounce at a dispensary but I voted on what it would cost if I did. I like variety and given the cost of an ounce I'd rather get a couple of grams of several kinds. Or a couple of eighths.

I bought some small nugs recently and they were much less expensive than the big buds. I don't get it. They vaped great as I recall.
