From what I’ve read and heard it doesn’t look like we will see it in 2024. It’s pretty disappointing. I believe DC and Maryland are doing quite well with their rec sales. Let’s hope that Virginias FOMO kicks in soon.

Last year retail in MI topped $3B; our first full year of rec was 2019.
Meanwhile, in NZ and Malaysia, tobacco bans are being rolled back because of the corresponding negative impact the legislation had on....tax revenue.

Something about a disagreement about a sports arena from one of our other prominent senators who just got a casino put into our locale.
Ironically, her and her daughter (both politicos) own a pot shop (aka CBD) called "The Cannabis Outlet" - And its on no other than "High St"
That and the fact that a "smoke/vape" shop has opened up in every available commercial space that is up for lease.
People are preparing, while the dispensaries cash registers are madly ringing.
No wonder we hate politicians.
