Here in Canada, I have had the same problem multiple times...I am still not sure why Canada Post has a help desk...their answer is always "We know as much as you do, sir"

Ville at Venus has made all he could to get my device to me but ........no chance to see it before two weeks or longer.....

but Ville doesn't stop here !!

today he proposed to send another device by another way which is really more expensive ........FOR FREE.

the only thing he wants me to is sending the first one to another future french customer (if it one day appears here).....and i'm already sure in this case ,FC's community will help

so considering tons of emails exchanged between us since I've ordered and the recent effort he accepted to do........

My only pre visualization about it is smooth vapor ..... I try to avoid pre notions yo avoid disappointment ...
