My experience with Vapor Nation has been nothing more than excellent.
Customer service was very quick at responding to my inquires and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
The 24/7 chat function is nifty, i'm a night owl normally lurking the web at late hours and it was great that i was able to contact them when my questions were still fresh in my mind.
Shipping was insanely fast, after talking contacting VN my order was confirmed and received within a week, which is phenomenal because the package had to travel coast to coast.
Also another great feature of VN is the discreet shipping, it was a pleasant treat when receiving my solo.

I recently had a very positive experience with VaporNation. I was looking to purchase a AC adapter for my Arizer solo, and VaporNation offered the lowest pricing on the adapter, and that was before I applied the FC discount! This combined with the free shipping over $50 and I feel I got a great deal. There was a bit of a shipping error on USPS' part but VaporNation was very helpful in helping me track my package down. I purchased some stainless steel screens as well and was accidentally sent brass ones. I e-mailed them and they said I could keep the brass screen's and they had the stainless steel screens at my doorstep two days later.

Overall their e-mail response was extremely quick, and their service combined with their pricing is hard to beat. Highly recommend. I now have shopping points to use so I'm sure I will be a repeat buyer!

I have an ounce of the finest herb awaiting for me and a LSV en route from VAPORNATION. Yeah, Vapornation is hands down the best source of vaporizers and accessories! I ordered a wispr last year and they called me to say that the Solo was way better and even gave it to me at a discounted price to match what I had payed for the wispr! Needless to say the Solo is vastly superior (My friend has a wispr so I got to compare side by side).

And on top of all that when the ceramic coating started to chip, the exchange process was very simple and straightforward. I would make one small suggestion though, Since sending back my solo for a new one, I would have liked an email confirmation that it had been received and maybe tracking information on the new unit they sent my way. Of course I trust vapornation to get my new unit to me safe and sound, but it would be reassuring to have some written confirmation somewhere.

Also I had no idea there was a 24-hour chat feature! Where on the website is this located? Thanks again, you guys are the greatest!!

Hey VN, just wanted to stop by and say thanks for the great ordering experience. When there was a problem with my cc (damn fraud department....) VN followed up right away and sent my solo out the next day. The free shipping was really fast, even to ATL from CA, and the FC discount + 10% back + a free grinder (which is amazingly high quality, last time I got a free grinder on a amazon order I ended up throwing the grinder away because it couldn't even screw closed after a few uses) + free tight vac case, all at the same price as other reputable retailers= unbelievable. I even got lucky and got a stem the fits perfectly IMO, doesn't fall out when upside down, but slides in without a problem and allows airflow. TBH, the only thing about the order I didn't enjoy was the free aromatherapy blend, which I tried vaping for fun, and it kinda made me feel sick (what's in that mix? Is it even safe to vape?....guess I should have asked that first haha). Doesn't matter at all though, because thats not what I plan to actually use in the solo haha.........clearly I only plan to use it for wick-less candles
