Vaporbrothers VB2

It is definitely on the expensive side. But it's actually pretty close to the same price as any other high end vape or e-nail tho, and the VB2 is more worth the money than an e-nail imo. Plus if they don't get some support now too, that price will probably never go down! But hopefully it does soon so more people will buy one!!

I agree that the reason why I didn't purchase was the price. This is everything I wanted in a concentrate vaporizers and I trust vapor brothers quality, but the price. I guess it's better selling at a discount and getting customers than letting them sit on shelves. It has to be a gamble that vapor brothers are willing to take. Vb2 was always my first choice, so I tried to copy it at half the price.

I bought an analog Dnail with hive ceramic enail with carb cap. That is my cheap way of trying to mimic your vb2. Total cost with tax and shipping:$305. I know it's not vb2 but it will suffice. Good luck vapor brothers. I'll be cheering for you because I know the daily grind (I'm in a different industry but it is sales). Sometimes, you need to spend money to make money.

My VB2 is giving off a smell that I think is Ozone. There's no visible vapor and i've removed the dome, the ceramic dish, and cleaned it with nothing but some rubbing alcohol on the sides. The smell definitely seems like something electrical coming from the machine. Has anybody else experienced this?

I noticed an ozone smell the first few minutes on the VB2's 1st run at my house, but it went away within a few minutes never to return.

Ozone is a very active form of oxygen, consisting of three atoms instead of the normal two.
it smells like the odor lightening produces.
It is the smell made by a large electrical spark.
If you've worked in an office, you'll almost certainly recognise the smell of ozone - it's that smell that comes out of the photocopier and laser printer. That's because they use static electricity to transfer the toner powder into an image on paper. And anything that uses high voltages in this way has a tendancy to produce ozone.

It didn't used to make that smell and unfortunately Ozone is very cancerous. It's pretty strong. I get a sore throat just trying to smell it. It ran for about 3 days without any problems. Ozone has been linked to lung cancer in numerous studies. I think it could also just be melting electrical components at such high temperatures, and not necessarily Ozone. But that's also really bad: welders have high rates of lung cancer for similar reasons. From a health perspective, introducing all these high temperature electrical components and then repeatedly deeply inhaling the air they emit seems a bit untested. Is this not considered a condition worthy of repair? And if not, think there'd be any chance for a refund?

We'll get it back and check it out as if it were a normal repair. I sent you a direct message @jubishop. Thankfully we're now 16 years into having people inhale deeply from our vaporizers. There hasn't been a problem (except for people being allergic or using moldy herbs or something like that)- We are pretty crazy about replacing what's typically made from synthetics with ceramic, glass, certain high temp metals we trust. Our electrical board is designed pretty carefully and as simple as possible to reduce the chance of problems- partly why we don't have fancy digital displays or exact degree temp controls (yet). All your VB2 components are RoHS certified and able to sell in Europe (a higher health standard than USA). In short, we care about this stuff and will get your unit back at our cost to check it out. :)

Well I came here to comment on VB2's phenomenal customer service but as everyone on this thread can see, they've already proved themselves once again :) I'm an inveterate hypochondriac and am often convinced i've given myself lung cancer: especially when I get too high. :) I absent-mindedly (yeah, marijuana ftw) dropped a dab straight on the heating element which skittered off the side with the leidenfrost effect and I'm pretty sure that ultimately destroyed the heater. Even after admitting it's my fault, VaporBrothers are going to help me repair it free of charge. :)

So: lesson: never forget your ceramic disk!

Long time no love from me for this device.....
which has served flawlessly since I was last here.
It has been mentioned before that the thread is quiet because .... well what can you say, really.
How do you surpass this?
I grew very used to having my (please forgive me guys....) Cheesebox here.
I never take pictures of it or post any more because it is significantly consistent in it's powerful "concentrate conversion".
Nuthing's changed.
BAM!@
"move along... nothing to see here"
I like most of my vaporizers.
I love a bunch of them.
I need the VB2.
I use it once or twice a day.
Every day.
I "dabble" (hehe.. pun intended) here and there with pens.
I am a flower monster, and use a half dozen vapes a day.
and thats just portables:o (;))
I have my favorite Desktops too, and I use them all.
Yes... I enjoy the morning and "dose up" flavorfully and systematically.
I don't go for the VB2 first thing, unless I know the monster* is right on my ass, or the day begins TOO comfortably... and I tend to get distracted.
Every day there comes a point however.
I know when.
I am going to slide into that easy chair of my mind for a second.
chair of wax.
wax molds to one's shape.
comfy
waxy
waxing
and waning
oh no there gonna lock me up in a wax museum!
haha.. I would have last laff as I vaped old Abe Lincoln one chunk atta time.:rofl:
NO... fuck Abe Lincoln.. I wanna vape Leonard Nimoy!
Christ.. did Uncle Vito just say "fuck"??
Oh fuck... did Uncle Vito just say "Christ".

I forget which one is not allowed in public schools!
Be careful guys.. this could very well happen to you.
:cool:Hehe.. so you wanna get high do ya??
This delightful reparte has been drought to you by my VB2
Consider this an endorsement.
See ya.

I wish this was true for mine. Had to send it back 5 or 6 times now, maybe more, and this time VB has had it for several weeks. I hope to have good news eventually. I think @GR finally gave up with his.

Hey everyone. I just want to report that my VB2 is still going as strong as the day I got it too! I just got the new inline bubbler they make for it now and it's a pretty awesome attachment for it! That sucks for everyone that's having problems with theirs! Hopefully it all gets sorted out for everyone asap! That's probably why they have had yours for a while @Tdub. Hopefully now it'll be fixed for good when ya finally get it back! Good luck! Time for me to go do a dab now. Cheers everyone!

I really want to buy this thing because it looks like it can beat everything out there for oils and concentrates. But I got an inexpensive analog Dnail with heater with a nice Quartz nail (that has finally been properly seasoned) that is awesome at a 1/3 of the cost. I dial it in to 600 and always gives me a nice dab. I'm begging you guys to give me a great reason to buy this. I listened with the herbalizer and it is the greatest for flowers. This machine looks the same, but for the dab.

Well, it's definitely smoother than any e-nail that I've tried, whether ceramic, quartz, or Ti! Personally, I love the taste of the ceramic better too. And the ceramic part that you dab off of is self cleaning too! Just read thru this thread and it should have enough info in it to convince ya to buy one. It convinced me to buy one, as well as other reviews and videos that I watched and read, and I definitely don't regret buying it! It even seems to get me more medicated somehow! But it can definitely eat up some oil fast tho if you get carried away using it! Lol. It'll vaporize whatever you put in it instantly! Even pretty huge dabs! So keep that in mind if you get one!

The inline bubbler is amazing and makes the already amazing VB2 even better. IT is now my daily driver and I have totally quit using flowers at home because i just dont need to anymore. I couldn't be any happier. The CS has been amazing on my end (NO, I did not have any problems with my device). I hope everyone out there in FC land who owns a VB2 is enjoying it as much as I am.

The CS has been amazing . . .
I have to absolutely agree on this point. I just had a conference call today with Steph, an engineer, and I think the entire office. These are really, really, really nice people, period. They care. I can't think of anyone I'd rather do business with than Vaporbrothers. I know I've whined a little bit but there is light my friends. True light at the end of the tunnel . . . :peace:

I think D nails are hella fun to use and let you dial in exact temperatures. The VB2 is all about the hit, but it's as much about coexisting in "normal" life well. Being self contained and all. It's cool to the touch for the most part, becoming oven-mitt hot eventually. The look of it is meant to be neutral- it could get lost in a kitchen. It also has the history of processing the solid stuff that was around before today's extractions- we needed maximum temperature or else it would taste smoky. @mixchu69 Fuck yeay
@Vitolo !!!!
